SANEM AND CAN: OUR LIFE WILL NEVER BE BORING

CHAPTER SEVENTEEN

Time for a little intrigue and weirdness.  This poor couple just never gets or got a break.  Little bit longer chapter, please overlook my mistakes and enjoy.  Thank you for reading.

The next few months were quiet without any crazy drama going on, and wedding plans for Emre and Leyla were completed.   The two and one-half year old toddlers were fitted for miniature dresses to match Leyla, and a tux matching Emre's for Ates.   Sanem cried when she saw how cute they were.   Emre teased Leyla because she was so excited for their nieces and nephew to be in the wedding, he said more than marrying him.   The wedding day was beautiful and everything was perfect.   The toddlers did what they were supposed to, except when Emre and Leyla kissed they started cheering, making everyone laugh.    Leyla swore that Sanem told them to cheer, and Sanem said laughing, "I would never do that!"   Sanem had  forgiven Emre, and Can had completely gotten his trust back in Emre.

Aziz was very proud of both his sons.    He was sad that their Anne was in prison and couldn't be there for her youngest son, but this was the life she had chosen.   Huma and Polen both had gotten eigthteen months each, for their attempt to do a Ponzi scheme.   They were very inept as criminals, so were not very successful in cheating people out of their money.   They got the prison time for trying.

Things settled down for all of the Divit's and their brides.   Emre and Leyla had moved to the house near Sanem and Can's on Mihriban's property.   Can and Emre had taken a small building on the property and remodeled it into a small one bedroom cabin for the Aydin's.   They would come spend Sunday's and Monday's on the property when their store was closed.   It was a very happy time for the whole family, and they loved spending time together.

It was a Monday, the day after the triplets had a huge, fun filled three year old birthday party.   Can had taken the day off, he and his girls had gone for a ride to pick up the mail.   When they got home Yildiz and Deniz ran into the garden, where Ates was sitting with Sanem writing.   Ates was dictating to his Anne his story and she was writing it for him in his journal.    Sanem and her babies did this a lot, as she wanted them to be able to write and imagine all kinds of things.

 The girls were telling their Anne, she had a big package and hurry because it was hard to carry.   Can was right behind them helping, but they didn't know it, as Can liked to encourage their children's independence.    After Sanem thanked the children, she started to open the envelope, and a piece of paper fell out in her lap.  She picked it up, unfolded it and started reading.   She was so shocked that she gasped and dropped the whole envelope on the ground.  

 Fortunately the children had started chasing each other around and didn't notice, but Can did and came over saying, 'What's wrong, bad news?"   Sanem started crying, and handed him the note.   It was a threatening note that said, 'You will never keep your husband, he is mine, and I am going to kill you and your children.   You just wait it can happen at any time or place.   BEWARE!'

Can after reading the note pulled out his phone and called Bulut, who came immediately.    He read the note, told them to not touch anything else in the envelope, and he called Detective Altay at the police station.   This was the same detective who investigated when Polen hit Sanem with the car.    Sanem and Can went immediately and washed their hands and called the girls to come wash their hands very carefully, just in case something was on the envelope or the note.   Sanem even changed her and the girls clothing, Can cleaned his phone.   Bulut had on gardening gloves and very carefully put the package and note in a plastic trash bag.

Detective Altay, police officers, and a Haz-Mat team arrived within minutes at the farm.   The Haz-Mat workers immediately took the package into their van to check for any chemicals, or drugs on the outside or inside.    When it was deemed to be free of foreign material, they brought the package back to Detective Altay.
