Chapter 9: "Dorms of Rules..."
"Welcome to our first dorm meeting, everyone!" After school, the 150th dorm had a dorm meeting, Alicia as the president. In her childhood, Alicia was a quiet and calm child. She didn't see herself on top of the world because of her short past. Though, because of her friends, she got to find herself as a leader and a good example.
Some claps and cheers came out of the group. Not everyone was a fan of it, but Alicia thought of it as a family. [Akiko: Who's the mommy and daddy, Narrator?] Shut up! [( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)]
And so, they started the dorm meeting. "Th-the vice president, Vincent and I, Alicia Cisse had set up some reminders and we thought of a schedule for who's gonna be washing the dishes, watering the plants and many more chores that have to be done."
The girls had something else in their minds... Akazari thought why was school starting when COVID-19 is still out and in March, Jonghyun thought about the waitress that helped her get the bag from a while ago and Akiko...? She was thinking of the dorm as a prison with prison cells.
"Everything would be written in pieces of paper that will be attached to the bulletin board. When you're working with a partner, it'd be the opposite gender, got it? Alright, Akiko and Andrew would be working on dinner tonight."
Akiko's eyes widen in surprise, yet being ignored by the rest of the group. "Just make sure to read the bulletin board for any new announcements, okay? Alright, the meeting is over." Vincent said, closing the meeting.
Everyone had their own plans, Akiko and Andrew being forced to cook for the rest for the dorm, Alicia and Vincent planning on something else, the boys playing Nintendo, and Kiara and Cascade talking in their room.
"Don't you think Alicia and Vincent are cute together?" Akazari asked Jonghyun as they sat on the edge of the 2nd floor. "Yeah, I wonder how did they get so close, though." Akazari nodded in agreement, talking about them still.
"I heard Ms. Robinson was gonna plan a contest for the freshmen. It had something to do with plasma TVs and dorms. You think we could win?" Alicia asked Vincent, curious about what the boy has to say. "There are a ton of freshmen in Fallslock. I don't think we could win."
Alicia thought of the boys' statement. "Well, as long we have the artists in our team, I bet we could win," Alicia said, dedicated. Vincent liked her competitive, it makes him smile.
"They'd be such a cute couple," Jonghyun said, proud of her friend. "Well," Akazari shrugged. "They just met which is really sad. We still have a whole year before they become friends." Jonghyun patted her shoulder. "At least we're still freshmen."
"Though," Akazari sighed. "We'll never know if one of them would leave." Jonghyun smiled. "That'll just make their story better!" Akazari furrowed her eyebrows. "How is that?" Jonghyun sighed. "Stop being such a pessimist. Think of the brighter side, Akazari smiled. "Alright, I'll try."
We move over to the kitchen with the two in confusion and powder everywhere. "All your fault, Andrew. You're the one who spilled the powder!"
"It was an accident, Azorin!"
"Right, now I have to go get flour from the canteen. Thanks, man."
Akiko stormed out of the kitchen and entered the living room with face and apron dirtied with flour and powder. She looked like a white lady with her black and white hair down. Alicia was even surprised.
"Where are you going?!" She asked, clearly scared. "I'm going to buy flour after what Andrew did to the kitchen." She muttered as Alicia tried to stop Akiko. "Koko, hold up, you don't have any money!"
Akiko shut the door, slamming it on Alicia's face. Alicia sweatdropped, and walked towards Vincent. "She'll notice that later on." After quite a second later, we move to room 4 where all... besides Vincent and Andrew... the boys were.
Huh, I guess they weren't playing Nintendo... they were playing Wii... What in the world? ^_^' They were playing "soccer" as Nigel was obviously on the lead. "Come on, Aiden! You can do this!" Nigel supported Aiden as they were teammates.
Meanwhile, in room 7, Cascade and Kiara started talking about boys and who was the cutest, painting each other's nails as any girly girl would do. Sadly, the Ironic Crititx doesn't really don't follow these rules. They're more of a different kind of girl, each unique in their own like anyone else.
"Who would you date?" Cascade asked nicely. Kiara, as the extrovert she is, she acted all normal like they weren't strangers at all. "Probably Aiden." She said. At least you also know that they're also different in their own way.
Later on, Akiko went walking with a brown bag and a box. She slammed the door close as many people were interrupted. Meanwhile, the people who were hiding in their rooms continued to do their doing. Akiko left the box in her room and continued to walk over to the kitchen with her brown bag.
[Time skip: 7:43, dinner]
Everyone was at the dinner table. Well... not on the dining table, they were sitting on chairs and were eating on the dining table. "Who's gonna wash the dishes?" Akazari asked Alicia. "Check the bulletin board. I forgot to mention that if you don't do the work you've been told to do, I'll be having punish--. I mean penalty that I have in store for you."
The girl smiles a wicked grin, sending everyone in chills. "Alright, snap out of it, I'm not that scary," Alicia said, clearly not wanting the silence that was taking over. Just then, after Alicia gave up, Vincent spoke up. "Akiko, Andrew," the boy and girl look up, scared if they did something wrong. "How did you guys make these dishes? They're so delicious!" He licked the top of his lip in pleasure.
"Well..." Andrew wasn't so sure about it but Akiko spoke up. "With some love and care and with a helpful partner, we got some stuff done." Akiko looked at Andrew with a smile as he smiled back. "Well then... that's great. I thought you two would make an awful dinner." Akazari giggled at Alicia's statement.
Let's just say... everyone learned something different.
Will it always be like that in Fallslock high?
If so, I'm guessing the girls would have a great year.
Unbelievable Non-sense...
