Chapter 31: "Ditch Day" 2

"Morning." Mina smiled from the doorway as Finn and Thomas started partying behind her. "Huh, how are they still asleep?" Thomas and Finn check inside as a boy they don't know.

"What're you guys doing here?" Aiden asks the trio as Finn points a finger at him. "Who are you?" Aiden shakes his head and tries to leave. "I don't need to spend my useless time with you--." 

"Where are you going?" Mina blocks him as Finn and Thomas also block from behind. "I'm going on a date." Mina smiles. "Oh my, with who?" Aiden eyes Mina. "With whom."

"Potato, Potato." Mina, Thomas, and Finn say in unison. "And also, none of your business." Aiden leaves and the three, eyed him as he leaves. "Rude," Thomas mutters to only make Finn and Mina nod in agreement.

~| Time Skip |~

It was lunchtime, everyone was walking down the street on the sidewalk. The aura was large, no one was talking and it was awkward. "So, uhh... how was your da-." Vincent tries to lighten up the mood, but his girlfriend and her friends start panicking.

"Why did we think this was a good idea?!" 

"Let's go back, please!"

"We might get caught." 

"Ladies, chill!" Nigel says, trying to steal the spotlight as Akazari starts panicking again. Finn comforts her again as she slowly calms down, blushing a bit. 

"What are we going to do at this point?" Jonghyun asks as Alicia thinks of an idea. "Let's go to Hopton." Thomas smiles. "Oh yeah, the middle school? Yeah, I remember!" 

And with that, all of them walk up to Bluebell campus. "Maggie!" The girls yell like the rest of the middle school students look at them as if they were crackheads. Which, I don't seem to blame them.

Maggie winces as she walks up to the high school students. "Hey, girls. What are you in for?" Akiko smiles. "We're here for some beer of course!" Maggie eyes her as she looks at the others. "We came to visit!" Alicia says.

"Again!" Jonghyun and Akazari hug her as she was wrapped in a bear hug. "Okay, okay, you guys gave a very, very warm welcome." They stopped hugging her and she dusts off her skirt.

She pushes back her glasses as her long, braided hair follows. "You know, you guys can't go here every day. Try," she thinks about different past times. "Going to Houston!" The girls go hype as the boys pretend not to be noticed.

Maggie turns to the men, cocking her head a bit to the right. "I don't think I've ever seen you 4 before." Nigel and Finn get mad at Maggie, flipping and telling her off about the time they visited Hopton a few weeks ago.

Thomas and Vincent look at each other, sweat dripping as Mina, coming out of nowhere smiles at their cluelessness and patheticness. "So, how do you guys like Hopton?" Vincent and Thomas look at her, clueless as ever. "Great." They smile as fake as possible to warn Mina, though, Mina just leaves them, knowing their cry, but she leaves them anyway, smiling cheekily. 

Everyone heads over to Bluebell and stretch after they got to the campus because of the long walk. Over there, from afar, they could spot their friends on a staircase, eating their lunch from there.

They all run over there as they try to hide. All over the school, the high school students chase away their younger friends across the middle school.
"What are they doing?"
"High schoolers are scary, what're they doing here?"
"They should be scolded at!"
"Weirdos. I despise them."
"Where're the teachers? The student council?!"

"Oi!" A girl with curly, long, brown hair with fantasizing looks and blue eyes who seemed to be one of those bratty types, stop the crowd. The ones at the back, Nigel, Finn, Thomas, Vincent, and Mina, were wondering why they stopped.

"You high schoolers should know better than those assholes." The girl in the short skirt, who wasn't even wearing a uniform, like the rest, points to the crowd behind them, you know, the friends.

"And who are you supposed to be, Little Miss Bossy?" Akiko yells, pissed at the girl, like the rest. "Bossy? I'm just trying to do my job." She straightens her back. "I'm Sally, of course." Everyone was shocked, but Jonghyun rolled her eyes and says, "more like a Britney 2.0."

Which made Alicia, being the responsible one, back slap Jonghyun. Everyone was in shock to see Sally like that. I mean, before, she was just a quiet little girl. But now, she was more like a slut.

"I'm embarrassed." Jonghyun looks down in shame as Akazari asks why. "She's hotter than I am." Akazari shakes her head and faces Sally. "That isn't you." Akiko laughs aloud. "Lmfao! You look like a barbie doll!"

Akiko and Alicia high five. "I've seen worse, though," Alicia said as, because of that, they get kicked out. "Assholes." Vincent rolls his eyes. But, he isn't as frustrated as the 4 girls who have been friends with the people who they were trying to chase.

"We're gonna leave you guys here instead," Mina says as the boys walk away. Mina looks back at their tired, puzzled, and frustrated figures as she just leaves them alone. 

Nigel and Thomas talk about how that cutie, Sally, was not worth dying for, but she was cute. Mina couldn't help but agree, blushing a bit at the thought of the middle school girl. Meanwhile, Vincent and Nigel were talking about soccer and their ranks and stuff.

"Hey, Mina?" Thomas looks back at the girl who was trying to hide her pathetic self. "What time is it?" Mina checks her watch. "1." She simply says as Thomas nods. The group stops when they see a familiar couple, pointed out by Finn. Well, not really a familiar couple, but two figures who hang out with each other.

It was Aiden and... "Sana?!" Mina holds her heart. The boys look back at Mina. "Something wrong, Mina?" Nigel asks the girl as she cries. Thomas whispers to his friend, "I think she's heartbroken."

Vincent overhears and snaps his fingers. "So, that's why Jonghyun was jealous!" 

"Hey! What are you guys doing there?!" They hear Aiden's voice behind them, and they sweat drop, knowing the consequences.
