After almost two months of being in Manere, the Sins had decided to go back up to the surface. Mostly because of Elizabeth, she had a family who worried about her and the Sins had to check up on the world to make sure it hadn't blown up during their brief vacation. Meliodas was hesitant, the thought of leaving his lover after barely getting her back, it made him nervous and Desteria had noticed and after many times of reassuring him that she would be here when he returned and that she would still love him, he finally agreed to take Elizabeth back home.

"I'll be back in a week, okay. Are you sure you can't come with us?" Meliodas pouted, Desteria rolled her eyes as she escorted them to the East Soul Port. 

"No, I can't leave this place. I left it for centuries! Plus, you said you'll be back in a week, I'll be fine, babe." She assured, wrapping her hands around his neck. Her frowned, tucking his head into her shoulder one last time, breathing in her aroma of honey and roses.

"But-"

"I love you, Mel. You'll survive a week without me." She said rolling her eyes as she looked at his pouting green eyes.

"Okay, fine. I love you. I'll come back to you, I promise." He murmured, she smiled placing a kiss on his lips. The kiss was tender and full of love and passion.

"Alright, love birds we gots to go!" Diane bellowed. Separating, Mel walked towards his team sending the silverette pleading eyes.

"Alright, I'll see you guys in a week. I love you, guys." Desteria said stepping back form he Soul Port platform. 

"Bye Sky!" Everyone yelled in unison.

"I love you." Mel said, loud enough for only her ears to hear. Desteria chuckled, shaking her head.

"I love you. Eo itinerantur." She murmured activating the port. A large flash of light filled the room, sending eight people to the world above. 

After the light dimmed, Desteria sighed realizing that her days were going to be quite. Whether it was to be good was up to what came up during the week.

It had been five days since the sins had left and Desteria was bored out of her mind. Usually she had someone to yell at or lecture about behavior, but with the sins gone her siblings didn't have any altercations. She played with her pen, tipping it over her fingers and flipping it around skillfully. Two more days and she'll have some form of amusement, suddenly a knock snapped her from her thoughts. Clearing her throat, Desteria welcomed in the person behind the door.

"Hey big sis, whatcha doing?" Poppy asked gleefully, skipping into her office and sitting in the chair in front of her desk. 

"Nothing, I finished signing papers and such so my agenda is clear for the day." She said boredly, Poppy squeaked excitedly. Desteria raised her eyebrow, confused at her sudden outburst.

"We should go shopping!" Poppy offered, Desteria smiled at the idea.

"Yeah, we can go shopping. Let me just change into something more comfortable, okay?"
