~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~"We gotta keep moving. The skiff's not far." I said as I took Jack's hand. Fry touched Imam's shoulder as he stared up at the place his son was taken. Imam looked defeated but nonetheless followed. I led the group back to Riddick and we continued on with our mission. I looked around not seeing much activity except for in the skies. The Bio-Raptors were still killing and eating each other. At least they'll be off of our backs for a while. We kept running until something dropped on my arm. I looked up slowly expecting to see a beast but instead..it was rain.
"Oh no." Fry said trying to cover the top of the flaming bottle so it wouldn't get wet. Riddick's deep laughter filled my ears.
"Where the hell's your God now?" I guided Jack and Fry to an overhang of rock but the flame on her bottle had already been put out and wasn't igniting again. My head perked up as I heard the Bio-Raptors calling again.
"Riddick." I said looking up. The creatures had stopped killing each other but didn't know we were still down here. We needed to hide for a minute until they passed. I looked around until I found a small crevice with a large rock at the entrance.
"Here. Hide here." I said ushering the remaining members inside. Jack went in first followed by Imam and Fry.
"Stay with the others. I'll get the nodes back to the skiff." I nodded my head and went inside the small one entrance cave. Riddick pushed the large rock in front of the hole sealing us in.
"Why is he still out there?" Jack questioned.
"He's gonna get the nodes to the skiff."
"He's not gonna leave without us is he?" She asked and I shook my head no. Quite frankly I didn't know the answer to that. I looked over at Jack's whiskey torch bottle as the flame began to flicker. There wasn't much alcohol left inside. Soon the bottle would be empty and the light would be gone.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~We all sat and watched the bottle's flame get dimmer ans dimmer with each passing minute. Riddick had yet to come back with more light. Maybe he did leave without us. No I have to stay positive. If not for myself then for Jack. The Bio-Raptors were still out there screeching out their songs. Probably making another batch for the next time darkness consumes this fuckin' place. My eyes went to the flaming bottle as the dimmed light went conpletely out. When darkness consumed the cave a bright blue glow filled it. I looked up and a smile came to my face. I snatched the glow worms from the wall before grabbing an empty bottle. I took the lid off and stuffed the worms inside.
"Good thinking Skylar." Imam praised and I nodded. We gathered all the worms we could to fill up one whole bottle plus half of the other. Now we had enough light to keep the creatures away until Riddick came back with more light.
"He's not coming back."
"Shut it Fry. He'll be back." I said glaring at her as I kept watch through a child size hand hole at the top of the rock door.
"How can you be so sure? How do you know he hasn't just left us here to die?"
"Look it's gonna take him a few minutes to get to the skiff and back again. How do I know? Call it a gut instinct." I explained crossing my arms over my chest.
