Hybrid's Mate-Norenmin

Chapter 6

"Do you think he'd want more than these." Jeno said looking at Jaemin as he was holding all the snacks in his arms counting them.

"Nono, I'm sure this is more than enough." Jaemin chuckled

"I just want to make sure he's okay you know, maybe he's still shaken up after his episode last night." Jeno said and Jaemin almost squealed at the boys pout.

"I know, but I don't think fattening him up will help."

"Did you see how skinny he was?! Wherever he came from they didn't feed him enough and you can tell." Jeno said as he looked to get more snacks.

Jaemin just sighed at the boys action and helped him carry more snacks.

They then continued to walk with the slightly dull sky immersed in conversation with one another until they made it to Jaemins house opening the door and going upstairs ready to greet the boy.

"We're ho- where is he?!" Jaemin yelled with shock.

"Jaemin you lost him, it's been 2 days!"

"H-he was here before I left, he was sitting right there." Jaemin said as they walked into his room.

They saw the clothes Renjun had previously been wearing scattered across the floor along with Jaemins numerous hats and beanies.

"D-do you think he may have run away?" Jaemin asked scared

"Where could he have gone?" Jeno asked

The two then decided they'd need to go look for the boy, I mean one would ask why would you care...he's gone not your problem and you don't have to worry about hiding him.

But that thought didn't even cross the two boys minds, all they cared about was finding Renjun and soon.. after his little situation yesterday Jeno and Jaemin could tell something wasn't completely okay with the boy or where he'd come from, lord knows the danger he'd be in if he wondered off and people saw him cat ears and all.

"I didn't get to mention your eyes are so cool, how'd you get them like that." Chan asked as the boys continued to play on the Nintendo switch after they had assembled a whole town using legos.

"Not too sure, guess I was born with them." Renjun said

"But how is that possible."Chan said so intrigued by the older.

"Wanna see a cool trick." Renjun turned to the boy who nodded enthusiastically and Renjun then turned looked at him and in the next minute Renjun had managed to make his eyes turn green, then rainbow.

"Woahh! What are you?" Chan asked.

Renjun then quickly realized what he had done and gotten scared, he'd gotten so comfortable with the young boy and like wise, Chan never really had someone ever take the time to hang out with him and treat him like he wasn't a baby.

And Renjun realized how sweet the young boy was, he'd never played legos or video games or eaten half of the junk Chan had given him, he'd never had a little brother either and so one could tel the two had formed a bond quiet quickly.

Just two boys who wanted acknowledgement and fun.

"Mmmm...y-you promise you won't tell?" Said as he exhaled

"Promise...pinky swear." And Chan then showed his pinky, Renjun smiled thinking of the same promise Jaemin had made to him.

The two then interlocked pinkies.

"Okay I'm a-"

"Where is he?!" The two boys then turned their attention to the yell, and Chan groaned knowing exactly what they were looking for.
