Hybrid's Mate-Norenmin

Chapter 2

Jaemin soon woke up to feel emptiness in his arms, as he rubbed his eyes and looked he soon saw the little cat sitting there staring at the door.

"Aww buddy, are you hungry." Jaemin chuckled as he saw the cat rub it's head against the door and meowed.

Jaemin then got out of bed moving the cat whilst closing his door, and quickly moving downstairs as he got milk in a bowl and continued to go upstairs, he then made it to his room leaving the milk in front of the cat who gulped it all down.

"Aww you must have been very hungry then." Jaemin cooed as he rubbed behind the cats ear who purred just like he had when Jeno rubbed behind his ear.

"Jaemin, remember you have school today!" Jaemin jumped as he heard his dad and the cat looked up at him almost confused.

"Y-yes dad, coming." Jaemin said as he quickly got dressed and ready.

"Okay, so today I'm going to need you to stay in here, I'm going to bring you another bowl of milk and I'll be back with Jeno later." Jaemin said whispering to the cat as he rubbed the kitty's head.

Jaemin then ran down as he quickly gobbled down his breakfast.

"Woah careful, you're going to choke on that." His dad chuckled as Chan just looked at him confused.

Jaemin just smiled at his dad as he then went to the cabinet, taking a bowl and pouring milk in it.

"What are you doing?"

"Huh?"

"The milk, what is that for?" His dad asked

"Oh u-Uh, experiment in science, I need to leave it in my room a-and, see if there are any changes." He said mentally slapping himself for stuttering but his dad didn't question him anymore.

He then ran up to his room trying not to spill as he saw the cat making himself comfortable on Jaemins bed who cooed at the cute action of the feline.

"Okay boy, here some milk and-" he quickly ran to his cabinet grabbing some crackers and other snacks he things could be animal friendly, or at least he hoped.

"I'll see you with Jeno after school." He said as he rubbed the cat one more time before going o it and locked his door sighing until he turned to see Chan standing there almost accusingly.

"Who were you talking to?"

"H-huh?" Jaemin asked

"Your room." He said

"No one, agh can you stop, I was just making sure I remembered everything."

"Then why'd you lock your room."

"So you can't get in."

"Fair enough, come on, let's go." He said in a pushful manner.

And so Jaemin proceeded to walk, as they bid their father goodbye who told them again that he'd be home late, and the usual routine they'd have to follow, and they walked to school.

Continuing to fall into the same routine of the day.

"How is he?" Jeno asked smiling as he stood behind Jaemins open locker

"Good I think, I left him home with some snacks."he said grabbing his books

"Aww, I can't wait to see him- snacks, what kind of snacks?" Jeno asked slightly worried

"Oh milk, crackers, sweets."

"Jaemin you idiot, he's a cat not a toddler...what if he dies." Jeno said worried.
