Chapter 19

The boys who were at the store were now driving up to Jaemins house where they saw Mark and Haechan standing at the door.

"Very nice for you guys to join us isn't it?" Haechan said sarcastically as he went to the car with Mark helping them offload all the snacks

"Sorry we ended up looking a lot longer than we had expected." Jeno uttered

"I can tell, why is there so much ice cream...half of you are lactose intolerant." Mark said picking up the bag that had four tubs of ice cream

"Haechan what's that?" Chenle suddenly gasped as he saw the numerous purple marks on Haechan's neck that he assumes the boy was trying to hide due to his poor attempts at using concealer; Chenle could see them.

"What's what?" Haechan said still confused.

"Those hickies you tried to cover up!" Chenle said now attracting the whole groups attention who was still outside whilst Mark was inside putting the ice cream away.

"What do you mean, it's just a rash." Haechan said as he felt the heat rush to his face.

"Haechan stop lying I can see it too." Jisung said as he now looked where at the elders neck, which then caused everyone else to look.

"Oh my gosh, where'd you get those?" Jaemin said as he yanked the boy examining his neck more

"Guys it's nothin-"

"Where'd he get what?" Mark said cutting Haechan off as he walked out confused at why everyone was examining Haechan and the boy stood their red in the face.

"Look at his neck, didn't you see these when you were with him?" Chenle said now rubbing off the badly done foundation on the boys neck to which he received a slap on the hand from Haechan.

"Hey do you mind!" Haechan said now said moving from everyone's way and quickly trying to walk in the house but not without giving Mark a quick saddened glance.

"Why is he being so angry about this? It's great isn't it...that obviously means there's someone in the picture." Chenle said all excited

"Who could it be though?" Jisung asked

"Oh the options are endless, it's Haechan... I'm betting my money on Dean." Chenle said after thinking

"That's true, I've seen them working a lot together in music, and if I'm not mistaken I'm sure he has a crush on Haechan." Jaemin soon added in as he offloaded more things

Mark felt his heart have a huge pang as he heard what everyone was saying, even though he had absolutely no right; he still couldn't help but to seethe on the inside as he heard everyone talking about Haechan being compatible with other people...to him; he was the only one Haechan could be compatible with, and the thought that he could even remotely find that with anyone else made his heart crumble.

"Mark!" Jisung shouted one the boys face getting Mark to come back to reality

"What? Sorry I'll be back I'm just going to check Haechan is okay." He said quickly as he ran into Jaemins house.

As he thought where the boy could be he figured the boy would be in the spare bathroom, and so he ran upstairs knocking on the bathroom door.

"I'm busy." He heard Haechan say obviously not knowing who was behind the door.

"Channie it's me." Mark said as he leaned against the door

"Mark, can you just leave me alone I'm busy." Haechan said and Mark could tel from the boys tone that he was extremely hurt.
