Chapter 7

"Okay so this one or this one."

"Renjun it doesn't really matter."

"Agh, Nevermind." Renjun said turning as he held the white T-shirt then the green one.

"Mmmm, maybe this one...no wait I look stupid."

"Renjun !"

"What?"

"We will be late." Jaemin chuckled

"But Jaemin~ I don't know which one is better." Renjun outed and Jaemin found himself smiling at the boys cute attitude.

"Okay I'll just go with the white one." Renjun said as he quickly took off his shirt and Jaemin noticed the scar across his right collar bone.

"What's that?" Jaemin said quietly and Renjun then heard him and saw where he was looking and so he quickly put on his shirt.

"I-I don't remember." Renjun answered, and before Jaemin could answer he heard a knock on the door.

"Are you two ready." Jeno said as he came in

"Not yet." Renjun said as he quickly went to the wardrobe picking out the same black beanie from the day before, he looked at himself in the mirror making sure it looked good like the day before that.

"Okay now how do I look?" He said scared

The two boys stared at Renjun and actually found him to look quiet attractive with the outfit, and with his eyes and hair it seemed to go together so well, even if it was a simple outfit of a white T-shirt, black pants a beanie and one of Jaemins sneakers that were a bit too big, he looked really good

They were looking at Renjun for a bit too long.

Then something happen, their eyes did something.

"The more your mate is around you the more little habits will begin to form, and they'll do things...in the beginning stages it's thing like being able to smell your scent which only them and other hybrids can smell, possessive protective behaviour and it's also their eyes...they start to change...it's quiet unexplainable, it's what they call the stage of Evolvement, their eyes will start to change slowly but surely... and when the hybrid officially becomes of age the mates eyes will fully change into the eyes in which belong to their mate even if your mate is of age or not...and when you become of age well..you know the rest."Jungwoo giggled as they sat in one of their training sessions.

"How do you know all of this?" Renjun asked astonished

"You think I haven't taken a peak at those documents...ha." He said

"You good Renjun."

"H-huh, yeah I'm fine."

"We ready for our first day of school."Jeno said excitedly.

"Yes...b-but what if it's bad, like that if everyone doesn't like me, and I I don't understand and I-"

"Renjun! "

"Mhmmm." Boy said once he felt Jeno grab his shoulders.

"You'll be fine, stop worrying... we'll be there every step of the way." Jeno said smiling at the boy and Renjun felt himself release his scent not meaning to.

Both boys felt the same feeling as before but this time their eyes changed as well but went back.

What the hell?

"P-promise."

"Of course", both boys uttered at the same time as they felt their bodies go neutral again.

"Let's go then." Renjun finally uttered and so they all left.

"Wait Renjun your tail!" Jaemin said in a panic as he accidentally grabbed the boy by the tail thus caused Renjun to release a ...moan.

Jeno and Jaemin didn't know what happened but their heads and ears tingled and their eyes ...evolvement.

"D-don't! Don't touch m-my tail ...ever." Renjun stuttered out as he felt his eyes change colour, they were pink.

"S-sorry..does it hurt?"

"U-uh, yeah...very painful." Renjun said as he quickly curled his tail and gently place it in his pants.

This morning Jaemins dad had offered to take the boys to school but Jaemin decline stating he wanted to just walk with Jeno, this was supposed to be a way for them to sneak Renjun our then bring him back at the exchange student from school.

And so he just took Chan who was also very reluctant as he wanted to hang out with Renjun for a while in the morning.

All three boys then started to make their way to school walking and Renjun couldn't help but admire everything, I mean there wasn't anything special,just lampposts and houses, but to Renjun it was like a whole new world was unlocked

He'd never known any other place besides the lab and to be able to walk freely and see the world, inhale the fresh air it was amazing.

"Aye we're supposed to walk to school together!" They heard a shriek that caused Renjun's tail to flinch in his pants and his ears to flinch

"Oh Haechan,lovely you joining us today." Jeno said sarcastically.

"Mmm whatever, and who might you be?" Haechan said as he turned his attention to the new boy he had never seen before but had found to be quiet attractive.

"Oh hi! I'm Renjun I'm an exchange student from..China" he said as he took Haechan's hand to shake, he'd never been greeted or acknowledged before so he make have gotten a bit excited.

"Well hello to you too, you're so cute...and your eyes, they're beautiful." Haechan said as he held the boys hand and looked further into his eyes.

Renjun smiled and slightly purred at the praise, but no one heard it...well no one but Jeno and Jaemin

"In the span of the first encounter with your mate, their body slowly connects to yours...they can smell or read you like a book and hear everything you say or even think...it's like small things, wouldn't even think they noticed it,but they do." Jungwoo said as they followed in one of the documents they stole.

The two boys don't really know what happened from then, but they couldn't help but to detach the two boys hands and for Jeno to pull Renjun slightly closer to him.

Haechan didn't pay much mind to his due to his oblivious nature, and they just continued to walk.

When they finally got to school Renjun was quiet over whelmed by everything, the numerous  people walking about not really paying any mind to their surroundings.

The sound of chatter, it was so loud and fast he didn't know what to do and he could feel his ears want to twitch uncontrollably.

Until he felt something soft and warm in his hand and he looked down to see Jeno's hand in his.

"Don't worry, it gets scary but remember we promised to be here every step of the way."  And he smiled at Renjun who smiled back.

His eyes went pink again.

"Pink...love."

"You sure spew a lot of bullshit."

"No really look."And Jungwoo pointed to the passage that stated so.

They then continued to walked down the hall to their lockers when they had seen Lucas walking, but he wasn't alone

"Hey, guys how are you all doing."

"We're good, now who's your new friend." Jaemin chuckled

"Oh shit how rude of me, Jeno, Jaemin and new person I have never met." He said referring to Renjun who turned to look at the two and his heart stopped

"Meet-" lucas was cut off by Renjun.

"Jungwoo.."
