Sirius's christmas was ok, he wrote to James, Remus and Peter a lot, even if his mother insisted him on writing to girls and the Carrows, he did write to Andi's friend Cordelia Abbot as she was nice, he wanted to write to Diana as he knew she did go to the Padmore's house for christmas.
Getting back into the train back home, he and Remus decided to sit with Diana while James went to pester Lily and Snivellus (as they have nicknamed Snape), to see if she was ok.
"Hey Diana, we wanted to see if you were ok did you have a nice christmas?" Sirius asked
"yes it was fantastic, better than any christmas, the Padmores"She started saying when Alecto walked in.
"Sirius you should be waiting for me in a compartment to know each other better, remember I am not kin on dating Griffindors, but if we shall, there are a couple things I want you to know about me" Alecto said.
"Then don't date a Griffindor, is not like I want to date you either big cow" Sirius said with a sassy tone.
Diana laughed a little bit
"oh little blood traitor orphan girl thinks is funny, she misses mommy and daddy too much, I heard you spent christmas with a half-blood family how disgusting" Alecto said
"a little bit of respect, Alecto, she is your cousin after all" Sirius said
"my cousin died six moths ago, Black, she is just a pathetic orphan girl with no name, no money, I'll be surprised if she manages to come to school next year" Alecto said
"As a matter of fact Alecto I'm not an orphan anymore, I'm a Padmore now, they legally adopted me and I had a pretty nice christmas, nicer than the 11 christmas I spent with you thank you very much" Diana said
Alecto left through the corridor, probably to take the gossip to her brother and the rest of Slytherin house. Sirius and Remus decided to keep talking to Diana, she was so exited about experiencing some muggle technologies for the first time and how nice the Padmores were to her. She explained in great detail the muggle games Sirius had always been so interested in, the talk with Alecto still left her a bit down, even after her wonderful christmas the words of the girl she still considered to some degree her family hurt her. Sturgis came into the compartment
"Hi little sis, how are you? are you confortable with me calling you that or is it too soon?" he said.
"I'm fine, my cousin, former cousin picked on me but I'm fine and sure you can start calling me that, it will take some getting used to, I've never had a older brother before" Diana said

a couple of weeks later Sirius and his friends were planning on staying the night outdoors during a potions sesión, but Remus said he felt too tired.
"Come on Rem we coud use my invisibility cloak to get out undetected and camp outside, it's going to be a beautiful night with the full moon on, they say it's beautiful how the moon reflects on the black lake, maybe I will invite Evans to joins us" James said
"Doesn't Evans hate you for making fun of her Slytherin friend" Remus said
"the guy is a weirdo who is obsessed with her, she should pick better company" James argued
"Like who, you? you're also a weirdo that's obsessed with her James and you know that" Sirius said
"But he is a Slytherin, he is evil and a bad influence on her one of these days she'll end up killed by you know who, for meddling with someone like that" james replied
"come on james, not all Slytherins are evil and ready to trick muggleborns into being killed, there is my cousin Andi, her boyfriend Malcom and their friend Cordelia, they are nice people, you didn't judge me when I first talked to you on the train for coming from an all Slytherin family, admit it Potter you're jealous" Sirius said.
"I won't admit anything, now we were talking about camping night and why Remus should come" he said with a red face.
"I can't go, I am not feeling in a camping mood today mate, sorry" Remus said
"Fine we'll go without you, you'll be missing on a great adventure" Sirius said
" Actually I've been thinking about it and we could get attacked by a creature of the forbidden forest or a poltergeist from the shrieking shack, I've been hearing weird sounds from that direction all year" Peter said
"ok I won't be getting this from you Petes, you're a Griffindor we're brave, we'll face whatever creature comes at us and we are going camping" james said

That night the three friends set up a little camping site using James's invisibility cloak, and started telling scary stories. they made up when a wailing noise could be heard
"What was that?" Peter said
" Nothing Pete relax, no one can see us" Sirius said
"But magical creatures may be able to see us dun dun dun" James said
the wailing noise repeated but louder
"I am not liking this" Peter said once again
but once again they heard the noise but his time they heard the sound of some one or something running towards them
The three boys hugged, Sirius saw a branch of the tree coming down towards them
"The tree run now" he said
Still under the cape the boys managed to get back into the castle and sneak back into their bedroom, too tired to check on Remus they went to sleep
