The day had arrived, the dark revolution would take place, Regulus was nervous he had studied the dark arts for some time but he wasn't ready for a battle, Cassia had been practicing the unforgivable curses with animals all morning. Regulus had a hard time casting the curses himself.
Now heading to attack the Ministry, Regulus, Cassia and some others were to act as guards of sorts while the others went after the important people, he was wearing a mask silver and black to hide his face. He was scared of having to fight tonight.

Various deatheaters were placed around the ministry, Sirius, Diana and Charlotte Lewis were to disarm them and fight them acting as a distraction for the others who were sneaking on to stop the main attackers inside, on the inside group, were James and Lily amongst others.
Sirius and his goup were sneaking on their intended target, when Sirius recognized the eyes behind the masks, the first was Alecto Carrow, then was Cassia Rosier and at last his brother. After exchanging looks with Diana she knew she recognized them too, and he knew she was thinking of the promisd she had made him.
"Diana, remember just stun him, used desmaius if necessary" Sirius said.
"I know, it's just a coincidence that we have to deal with them" Diana said.
"Let's go lovebirds" Charlotte said.
"We are not lovebirds Charlie" Sirius said.
"you may not be as sugary as Lily and James but you certainly are love birds, now let's go we have deatheaters to distract" Charlotte replied.

"Regie don't you wish we were inside where the real action is happening?" Cassia aked
"Not really, I want to live and not in prison, it's better if the more experienced members take care of it for now, once they have taken over we should go for the top" Regulus said.
"Come on where is your Slythrin ambition? plus those stupid Aurors are softies they don't use curses just little tickeling spells" Cassia asked.
"I think right now the cunning side works better, tickling spells are a good distraction and prevent us from casting curses correctly by using laughter, even the most absurd and mild spells are a threat" Regulus said.
"Regulus is right Cassia, in crucial moments like this cunning and strategy work better, you'll have to learn tto play your cards correctly in order to win" Alecto said.
"talking about cunning, there's someone coming, over there behind that wall" Cassia said pointing at a nearby building.
Regulus looked closer, there were three figures behind the wall, Regulus managed to recognize one of them, Charlotte Lewis, Griffindor daughter of mudbloods, same year as his ex-brother, she was a good dueler, but so was he and she didn't know he had noticed her.
"Petrificus Totalus" Regulus casted but the witch quickly deflected his blow as if she was especting it.
"stop being a softie Regie she is our first real target" Cassia said.
"Crucio" She casted.
But once again Charlotte deflected the curse with a simple protego as she engaged in a duel with Cassia. Regulus stood back, knowing Cassia could take care of it.
"Regulus stay alert, she did not come alone" Alecto said.
Two other mysterious figures came along still not completeley distinguishable for Regulus, but something seemed familiar about them.
"Don't loose focus Regulus, no matter what they do, that is the key to winning, to be focused on your objective" Alecto said.
But when the figures revealed themselves both Regulus and alecto knew this wouldn't be an easy battle as staying focus would be harder, the other targets had emotional significance for them, they were Sirius Black and Diana Padmore, born Carrow, their former family members, for Alecto it would be easier, the Carrows were colder than the Blacks and Diana had been disowned way before Sirius was.
"Two renegade traitors from pureblood families we thought you might want to stay out of this fight" Regulus said trying to sound intimidating.
"On the contrary dear brother, we managed to escape our crazy families and live a real life, with love and acceptance not hate and coldness, we don't want the rest of the world to be like that, to suffer like we did" Sirius answered.
"Expeliarmus" Sirius launched towards his brother.
"Finite Incantatem" Regulus deflected.
"You made a big mistake Reg" Sirius said.
"No I didn't, you did, Incendio, when you left the family, you left your duty" Regulus said
" Protego" Sirius casted.
"There is no duty Reg, mother and father raised us to believe in a delusional world, a world that only leaves pain behind, you are blindly following a monster that just wants to burn the world away till there's nothing left, and I know that as much as you believe in the whole blood purity thing, I know you don't want to live in a world that has been burned by hate and violence which is where we would end up if this succeeds" Sirius said.
"You're lying, this is what the world needs, a cleansing of everyone that doesn't belong in it" Regulus said.
"What ever you say Reg but listen, one day you'll see I'm right, one day you'll realize what you've acually gotten yourself into and that day I may not be there to help you" Sirius said
"Desmaius" Sirius casted at Regulus and went to help Diana with Alecto.
"you are better than this Al, you just let yourself be brainwhashed by all of those torture sesions they did to you and Amycus, but look at me I have a better life now, you can have one too, no killing, no torture, just your dreams and a good future" Diana said.
"You little softie girl that wasn't cut enough yo be a Slytherin or a Carrow, the only world where I can have a good future is one I am figthing for without mudbloods, Crucio" Alecto said.
"Expelliarmus" Sirius casted to deflect the blow and disarm.
"I'm not a Ravenclaw but I suppose that doesn't make any sense at all" Sirius said.
" No it doesn't" Diana said looking at him.
The disarmed Alecto stood back she couldn't have been beaten with such a simple disarming charm against an unforgivable curse.
But then not far away a scream could be heard
"Avada Kedabra" it was Cassia Rosier's voice.
Diana and Sirius went to see what happened as Regulus was waking up.
Charlotte Lewis was dead.
"You see Regulus you fight to win" Cassia said.
Diana and Sirius were debastated at the lost of their friend but looked up to the window of the ministry and smiled a little, regulus followed their gaze there was no dark mark, just a phoenix flying by.
"No, they played to distract, we lost the battle" Regulus said.
"But we will win the war" Cassia said.
"let's go before we get arrested" Alecto said before taking them and dissapearing in a cloud of black smoke.
