Chōji walks along side you, offering you some chips along the way and sharing a can of soda. Today is the Genin Commencement Ceremony where Iruka Sensei will assign you to a Jonin. "After today, promise you won't forget me," you say munching on chips. He turns to you with offended eyes, "I would never."

You lay your elbow on his shoulder with your head lazing back, staring at the clouds. You are definitely going to miss your chubby friend, your baby cub. Arriving to the front of the Academy, you two walk in and open your class door, getting pulled by four girls.

"Whoa, leave the poor guy alone," some boy in the class stood up for you. Chōji pulls you away from the girls with the help of Naruto. "Hey, you didn't paint the faces?"

"(F/N), you're so funny. This day's important."

As your group sits down, Shikamaru strolls in and is surprised to see Naruto. "Only those who passed the exam are allowed to be here."

"Oh yeah Shikamaru, open your eyes, this is a regulation headband."

"Alright, enough you two," you break them apart. Naruto walks away and sits on his seat next to Sasuke. Two girls slam the classroom door open, fighting on who's toe passes the class first and that is who sits next to Sasuke. All the girls except Hinata fights over that they got here before the both of them. "Ugh, this is so lame," Shikamaru sighs shaking his head. You pat his back and make your way to Hinata.

Seeing her uncomfortable by the many girls near her seat, you gently take her hand in yours. "(F/N)," she stutters. You take her up a couple of rows, some girls eyeing her with envy, and guide her to sit next to Shikamaru. About to go down again to get Chōji, it's either the food or the girls got to him, he's knocked out.

Probably are the girls, they're viscous.

You notice there is no room for you to sit with Shikamaru and Hinata. Not wanting to get close to the hoard of girls near Chōji, you jump over them and sit next to Naruto, him glad you're there.

"(F/N), are you ready? I'm one step closer to being Hokage and you're one step to being my right hand man!"

"Ha, hell yeah I'm ready!"

All the fan girls rush over to where you are, and Naruto thinks he's getting Sakura's attention. "Hey Sakura," he says before she punches him out of her way.

Jumping over your desk, you help him up for him to only ignore you and glare at Sasuke.

A boy in front of him hits his back with his elbow, consequently making him and Sasuke lock lips with each other. The girls in the classroom yell in rage and anguish, getting ready to pummel the poor blonde boy. "Hey, it wasn't his fault," you try to defend your friend but Ino and Sakura, the ones that took your coming out the hardest, pushed you away to get to him.

"Finally our last stop, the Abiko household," the Third Hokage states.

Holding a key Hitoshi gave to the two gentlemen, he unlocks the apartment's door. Usually, the Senseis and Hokage would talk to the parents, and they did, but their tea house got too busy so Hitoshi just thrusted an extra key at them and Hima was helping out in the hospital. Entering, the two men look around at the neatly taken care of kitchen and living room.

"You may have met the gentleman, Abiko, Hitoshi that gave us the key in Danzo's ANBU long ago, but he has changed since after meeting his wife, Hina. Your fourth student, (F/N), as you know, will be joining on your squad. I believe his room is down this way, Kakashi," the Third guides the gravity defying haired man. Your room isn't messy, but isn't neat either. Just...average.
