Taylor's POV
I was lying on the bed when Joe opened our bedroom door. "Hi baby!" I jump into his arms. "I missed you" he said, kissing me. He carried me over to the bed. He started pushing my robe off of my shoulders as he kissed me. "Not tonight." He breaks away from my lips and plops down next to me. "Sorry. I'm just so tired" I say. "No, I get it. I'm tired too. You don't ever have to apologize for not wanting sex. Ever." he said, grabbing my hand. I loved that he was so understanding. "I have something for you though." He closes his eyes as I pull out the ultrasound picture. "Ok...open!" His jaw dropped immediately. "Shut up. SHUT UP!!! Taylor are you serious? We're having a baby?" he asked. I nodded. "How far along are you?" he asks. "10 weeks. I just found out 2 days ago. I had the appointment to confirm everything yesterday. I don't know the due date yet."

Joe's POV
I take a shower and when I come out, Taylor is asleep. She's lying on top of the covers though so I have to wake her. "Hey. I'm sorry, but you're on top of the covers. And you're shivering in your sleep. I gotta keep you warm." She gets out of bed long enough to pull back the covers then climbs back in. I lift her tank top and kiss her lower belly. "Hey little one. It's your daddy. We don't know what you're gonna be yet. We don't know your due date yet. But what we do know is we love you so much. I can't wait to hold you in my arms, but we've still got 30 weeks till then. Unless you decide to come earlier, but if you do come earlier try not to come before 36 weeks. We need to keep you in there as long as possible so you come out healthy. I love you peanut" I say kissing her belly once more. "I love you, babe" I add, kissing her forehead because she's already back asleep. I cover her up and turn out my lamp and get comfy in bed. She scoots in close to me. It's a natural habit of hers even when she's in a deep sleep. If she can feel I'm there, she scoots in close. We fall into a deep sleep.

The next morning
Joe's POV
It's 6 AM. We're never up this early, but I was awoken by loud sounds coming from the bathroom. I run to the bathroom in a panic to find Taylor leaning over the toilet. "It's ok. Let it out. I'm here" I say, rubbing her back. "No, I don't want you to see me like this" she says through her gags. "Well too bad because I'm not leaving." I hold her hair back as she throws up into the toilet. 15 minutes pass and we're still sitting on the bathroom floor. "Ok. I think I'm done" she says. She looked at me with her bloodshot eyes and smiled. I smiled back and pushed her bangs out of her eyes. I help her up and she brushes her teeth to get the horrible taste out of her mouth. I grab her hand to help her back to bed. "I'm so tired," she says. She faints, but before she falls, I scoop her up and carry her to bed. I was worried until I heard her snoring. I smile and go back to sleep.

12 PM
Joe's POV
Taylor was still sleeping. Her morning sickness hit again at about 9 this morning. I was up doing a little bit of stuff here and there around the house. I go to our room to wake her. "Hey honey. I made you some food." She puts a pillow over her face. "I know you've been up sick and eating doesn't sound good right now, but maybe it'll make you feel better. Baby definitely needs the nutrients." She sits up and takes a couple bites of of the food. "You ok?" She nods. I hate seeing her sick. It truly breaks my heart. She eats quite a bit and lies back down.

2 PM
Taylor's still asleep and I go to the room to check on her. Her phone starts ringing so I grab it and run out of the room to answer it. It was Jack Antonoff. "Hi Jack." I say. "Hi Joe. Can I talk to Taylor? We were supposed to meet in the studio today, but she didn't show up. That's not like her. She's always on time." he says, sounding worried. "She's sleeping right now. She's not feeling well. She's got a bad stomach bug and she's been in and out of sleep." I say. "Oh okay. No worries. I hope she feels better" he says. We tell each other bye and hang up.

Taylor's POV
It's currently 2:30 in the afternoon. I get up to go pee. I feel miserable, but I know I can't stay in bed much longer. This is my first day having morning sickness and I know there are several days ahead. I ago downstairs and see Joe watching a movie so I joined him. "How are we gonna tell everyone?" he asked. "I ordered a t-shirt that I'm gonna wear to my parent's house on Thanksgiving. It says 'the turkey isn't the only thing in the oven.' I know it's super cheesy, but it was cute. Your family is coming to my parent's house right?" He nodded. We watched the movie and I end up falling asleep on him.
