Taylor's POV
Joe and I have been back from Turks and Caicos for a month now. He's currently in New York for a movie premiere. I wanted to go so badly, but I didn't want to have to travel with a baby just yet. He's coming home tomorrow afternoon. I'm currently roaming through the house, trying to do laundry. I transfer the clothes from the washer to dryer and I hear Avery fussing in the living room. I quickly put another load of laundry into the washer and then I go to the living room and pick up my two and a half month old daughter. "Shhhhh, it's ok." I latched her on and she nursed as if she was starving. My breasts are super tender. My doctor called me and made sure I was still on for my appointment tomorrow. It was just for a check up, but I knew it was important for me to go. After Avery finished, I did some more stuff around the house.

The next day 3 PM
I had just got out of the shower and I put on a simple outfit with just a touch of makeup. Afterwards, I got Avery dressed and buckled into her car seat. I head to the doctors office. When we got there, I went through the back entrance. I got Avery out of the car and we went inside. I was instructed to pee into a cup so they could run some tests. Afterwards, I went to the exam room. I sat her car seat down in the chair before I changed into an examination gown. She knocked before coming in. "Hi! Oh my goodness, she's getting so chunky!" my doctor said. "Right! She's constantly eating." She started going through my paper work. "Ok, so it says here you had a period recently." my doctor said. "Yes, it ended 4 days ago. It was my first period since having her." She nodded. "Alright. Are you having any weird pains or discomfort anywhere?" she asked. I shook my head. "Awesome. Are you sexually active and if so, when was your most recent sexual encounter? And was it with the same person you've been sexually connected with?" she asked. "It was a week and a half ago and yes, it was with my husband." She nodded. "Any pain during sex?" she asked. I shook my head. "Alright sounds perfect. Your urine test should be almost complete. It does look like your due for a pap smear, but first, I need to do an internal ultrasound just to make sure everything looks okay in there." I nodded. I lie back and she puts the ultrasound wand into me and starts looking around on the computer screen. A frown appears on her face. "Wait a second..." she said. "What? What's going on? Is it bad?" I ask. "I'm not sure I'm seeing this right. Let me go grab an assistant." she said. I could feel tears forming and I couldn't stop thinking about the negative possibilities in my head. She returned with an assistant. "Are you seeing what I'm seeing? I can't tell if it's my eyes playing tricks on me." she asked her assistant. The assistant was seeing it too. She left the room. "When did you say your last period was?" she asked. "It ended 4 days ago. It lasted 5 days." She looked amazed. "Well, this is only my second time I've seen this in the 12 years I've been doing my job. Congrats, Mrs Alwyn. You're expecting again." I started feeling light headed. "But how? I just a had a period. How far long?" I asked. "About 4 weeks, so a month." she said. The rest of my visit was a blur and I got dressed and I got Avery and went home. I took another shower and I sobbed the whole time. We aren't ready for another baby yet. Avery is only gonna be 10 months old when the new baby comes. Just the whole thought of everything stresses me out. I got out of the shower and when I did, Avery was wide awake looking around. "Hi, my precious girl. You're so cute. Mommy loves you so much." I pick her up and kiss her cheek. I carry her downstairs and we sit on the couch and watch some TV. She started getting fussy so I started nursing her. My phone started ringing. It was Joe wanting to facetime. "Hey, love. How was your appointment?" he asked. "It was good. She said everything looks good. I'm just having a little discomfort from the pap smear I had to get. No big deal though." I said. "Awesome. I can't wait to see you tomorrow. I miss you so much. Where's my girl?" he asked. "She's right here. She's hungry." We finished talking and we hung up. "Oh my goodness, girl. What are we gonna do? You ready to be a big sister? You're only 2 months old so I was not expecting this." My phone started ringing with another Facetime. It was Abigail. She had been crying. "Oh my god, are you ok?!" I asked frantically. She nodded with a smile as she held up a pregnancy way. "No way! No fucking way!!! Oh my god I'm so happy for you, Abigail. Congrats! When are you due?" I asked. "I had my doctors appointment today. I'm only a month in, so I'll be due sometime in April." she said. "Well, I know this is some huge news and I'm so happy for you guys. Guess who else is due in April?" I said. She started guessing people. "Nope. Nope. Nope. It's me! I'm due in April! It was so unexpected, but it's happening. Remember when Joe and I went to Turks and Caicos? Well, I looked everywhere for my birth control and couldn't find it and so now we're here. I sobbed in the shower. I'm so stressed, but we'll make it work. Watch us have our kids on the same day." I say. She chuckled. Avery fell asleep on my breast. "When are you gonna let me come see my goddaughter?" she asked. "Pshhh. I don't care. Come over now if you want." I say. She hangs up and sends me a text saying she's on her way. I unlatch Avery and kiss her head. "Abigail is on her way to see you. Wake up sleepy head" I said.
