(Flash forward a month)

Joe's POV
Avery is already 6 weeks old. Time is flying by. Taylor had her 6 week postpartum doctors appointment today and her doctor said everything is looking good and that Taylor can pretty much do anything now. "I'm so glad my doctor cleared me! I can finally start working out again. I'm 10 pounds away from being back to my pre-baby weight" she said. "I think you're perfect the way you are. You're gorgeous." I say. Andrea and Scott are coming over to the house to watch Avery while we're gone for the week. We finish packing. She starts going through her swimsuits. "That's my favorite one. Please bring it." She giggles, "I was planning on it. Lucky you." She got a few more and put them in her suitcase. I put the suitcases in the car and by the time I came back, Taylor was already in one of my t-shirt's and she was brushing her teeth. I squeezed her bottom as it was exposed since she was only in a thong and t-shirt. She rinsed her mouth out and I kissed her. "I need a shower" I say, walking out of the bathroom. "Wait! I want another kiss" she said, pulling my arm. "You could shower with me if you want." She bit her lip, "As much as I like the idea, I think we both know how that would go down. That can wait till tomorrow night. Plus Avery should be waking up any second now." She left the bathroom and I showered. When I got out, she was sitting on the bed, nursing Avery. "We're gonna miss you so much, sweet girl" I said, kissing Avery's head. After she finished eating, I took her from Taylor and burped her and changed her diaper. I snuggled her for two whole hours.

Taylor's POV
"Let me have her so I can feed her one more time before we go to bed." I fed her and after she finished, we went to bed.

8 AM
I just finished feeding the baby and Joe and I were ready to leave. My parents got here about 15 minutes ago. "Thank you guys so much. There's a ton of milk in there for her. The ones in the fridge are most recently pumped, the ones in the freezer you can use too. I love you both." We hugged them and left for the airport. After going through security and what not, we got on my private jet. "This is going to be a long flight" I say. I lean my seat back and end up falling asleep because we didn't really sleep much last night.

2 PM
I'm just now waking up. "Hello, beautiful. We've got about an hour before landing" Joe said. I smile. "My boobs are killing me. I start going through my bag until I find my breast pump. "It sucks I'm gonna have to pour all of this out afterwards." After I finish pumping I pour the milk into the bathroom sink and wash everything.

3 PM
Our plane finally landed and we are in a cab on the way to our private island we rented for the week. Joe and I held hands in the back seat. We looked out of our windows at the beautiful scenery in Turks and Caicos. We get to our private, secluded beach hut and Joe carries my suitcase in along with his. "Wow, this is so beautiful. And the view is amazing. It's super hot though. I kinda wanna go for a swim." Joe agrees and we change into our swimsuits and go for a quick swim in the pool. "What's the plan for tomorrow?" Joe asked. "I don't know. We can chill here or on the beach." He nods. We get out of the pool and put regular clothes on and go out for something to eat. We find a cute little restaurant and we sit there and eat and talk for hours. I also drank for the first time in a year and it was great. I ended drinking way too much and Joe has to carry me back to the place we were staying. He locked the doors and carried me upstairs. He puts me on the bed and I pass out almost immediately.

Joe's POV
I kiss Taylor's head and go to take a shower. As I showered, I start reminiscing on our wedding day and how perfect she looked and then I start reminiscing on her pregnancy and the motherhood glow she had, which hasn't left. Then I think about the day our daughter was born. I can't wait to give Avery a sibling. We've still got about a year before we even start trying again though. I finish my shower and I crawl into bed next to my wife and I fall into a deep slumber.
