Ally's POV:

I woke up to the bright sunlight in my eyes, i feel the familiar ache all over my body as a shiver. I open my eyes and see the woods around me but I'm not in the place i turned in last night I was next to a river with purple flowers around me. I sat up tucking my knees under my chin as I admired my surroundings, playing with flowers and pulling at grass. I thought of what Nik had done for me last night and wildly smiled. That was the first time I've turned in front of anyone, let alone another wolf, and Nik was so caring. It surprised me that he was so gentle and soothing. The dirt covering my body starts to bother me so I shakily stand up and walk over to the river and see that the water is clean, so i walk in about waist deep and started lightly scrubbing the dirt off of me and dunking under the water to get bits of grass and things out of my hair. I stayed in the water and continued to pour it over my soar muscles when I heard yelling in the distance. "Ally?!" I hear Nik and Stefan call. "Nik! Stefan!" I yell so they can find me. I keep my back facing the direction I heard them from since i don't have any other way to cover myself. I heard a light 'whoosh' sound and I knew they were there. I looked over my shoulder with my arms covering my chest.Stefan was use to how i was after a full moon so my body didn't phase him much anymore, though he was still very respectful however; Nik was looking at me mouth slightly open his eyes slightly dazed, a small blush came to my cheeks but I looked away again before speaking. "Did you bring my bag?" I asked biting my nail because of Nik's starring. "Yeah we did and some food." Stef said. "Okay um can you guys uh turn around?" I asked looking back over my shoulder. "Sure, Red. Your stuff is on the edge here." Stefan said placing my bag down where he said and turning around. I looked at Nik, who was still slack jawed starring at me, and I cleared my throat and he snapped out of it and turned around.

I go out of the river and opened my bag and got out an oversized black shirt that fits like a dress and just put that on with some underwear. "Okay I'm covered." I said closing the bag and wrapping my arms around myself shivering a bit. They both turned around and gave me a small smile. "Here, we got you your favorite." Stefan said handing me a brown paper bag with some grease spots on it. "Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich?" I asked with a smile. "With a hash brown, and packets of hot sauce. We also got a caramel iced coffee for you. It's back in the car." He said. "Alright lets go. Um Nik can we stop somewhere so i can properly bathe?" I asked looking at the hybrid. "Of course love. Lets take you back to the Inn so you can get ready then we can go." He said walking closer to me a smirk on his face. I smiled at him biting my lip slightly and his smirk widened slightly at the action. "Alright let's go." Stefan said clapping his hands loudly to break some of the tension before speeding away. "Let's go, love." Nik said walking next to me keeping a hand on my lower back since my walking is still questionable, a warm electric feeling spreading from that part of my back. "Nik." I said to gain his attention to which he hummed in response. "I have never turned in front of anyone before last night and I just wanted to say thank you for being there for me through that. No one has ever done that for me." I said looking at the ground in front of me. "Do you remember a few weeks ago when we asked each other if we wanted a mate and we both said that we didn't know?" He asked me. I looked over to him with a brow raised. "Yes?" I said. "I think I know now what i want." He said meeting my gaze a smile playing on his lips. "And what do you want?" I asked hoping that He and I wanted the same thing. "I want to try." He said searching my features for a reaction. When my smile widened his doubt washed away from his features. "Me too." I said to him before we continued our walk to the car in comfortable silence.

******Time Skip******A Few Months Later********

Nik and I were walking down a side walk with his arm around my waist. "We're getting closer to making your first hybrids. Are you excited?" I asked as we got closer to the house we were walking to. "I don't get excited, love. I'm a thousand years old." He said. I rolled my eyes and smiled. "You're excited." I said as we approached the girl looking for her dog in the front yard. She turned around and jumped in surprise of our presence. "Sorry we didn't mean to scare you." I said in fake sympathy. "It's alright uh can I help you?" She asked looking between Nik and I. "Yeah our car broke down a couple miles back and your house is the first one we've come by. I was wondering if you could let us use your phone." Nik said in a fake American accent that I had to try to not laugh at. "You two don't have phones?" She asked getting suspicious. "My phone isn't getting signal and his died." I said showing her that my phone in fact could not get signal before taking Nik's phone out and pressing the power button and showing it not turning on. "Okay you guys can make a call." She said walking to her front door. "So we can come in?" Nik said keeping the American accent up causing me to bit my lip to contain my amusement. "No, I'll bring the phone out." She said. I could almost feel Nik's mood shift at her response. "I thought you country folk were more inviting." He said in his normal, smooth British accent. "I'm from Florida." She says with sass. "Well that explains it." I said as Nik sped to her choking her. "Now how about you show us some southern hospitality sweet pea?" He compels her. I open the door and walk into the house with Nik and the scared woman behind me. "That dog probably ran off somewhere with air conditioning." The more tanned woman said as she was doing the dishes. She turned around hearing the whimpers of her roommate and quickly became afraid."What's going on?" She asked backing away. "Don't be alarmed I was told Ray Sutton lives here?"Nik said from beside me. "He's almost never home." The tanned girl says. "But he does make it home at least once a month, right?" I said raising a brow and crossing my arms.
