It was a cool summer evening. A group of friends was out, exploring the streets as if they haven't lived here for almost 18 years. The sun was setting and the evening breeze was blowing through their hair. The group of immature teens was stumbling across the streets, caught up in laughter and banter. Little children that were already asleep, would surely be awakened from their deep slumber. The only girl in the group began sushing the others as the walked down the street leading to the park. "Hush!" the brunette hissed at the 7 boys she called her best friends. The pack couldn't walk in a straight line, high on adrenaline and the company.
They all had a pair of raven eyes, the next one's darker than the first's. Three of the boys had bleached blonde hair, two of them had kept the natural black colour, one dyed half of it a light brown. Leaving one more boy who had dark, ebony hair with blue highlights, which the girl found beautiful.
The petit brunette often took time to admire them all individually, and as a group. She did it when they were off guard, busy with another task. That was when she thought, they were at their most beautiful. However, one boy always stood out most to her, the one with the crooked grin, ebony hair and eyes and thin lips. She found herself wondering what it would be like to date one of her best friends - the group grew up together, yet she never felt anything more than friendship towards the seven boys.
Once the herd made it to the park, two of the boys charged at the swings. "Jungkook! Hoseok! Calm down, you'll trip!" shouted the brunette girl, her voice laced with care and worry. Time and time again she found herself acting as the mother of these particular seven boys, although she is the youngest of the group. At times, they treated her like a baby, but at other times they listened to her instructions knowing well that she had the most common sense.
The inky haired boy and the coffee headed boy were swinging their legs back and forth on the short swings, trying to gain as much height as possible. "Jungkook stop!" Ronnie shouted running over to the tallboy that was so high in the air he looked like he was flying. "Why?! I'm flying, look Ronnie!" he shouted at the small girl underneath him. "I wanna get on it with you! I wanna fly too, Jungkookie," Ronnie said, softer now, she wasn't shouting. Currently, they were all behaving like children, the park being their natural habitat. "Fine," he growled and slowed the swing down to a halt. Ronnie squealed quietly, then proceeded to get on Jungkook's lap when he stopped the swing. "You ready?" he asked softly into the crook of her neck, because of the position they were in. "Ready," she smiled like a little child. That's how she felt on the inside, a little child.
Jungkook started swinging his long legs to and fro, the pair soon began to gain height. Shortly, both of them felt like they were flying, and couldn't help but let out cries of laughter. Ronnie's head fell back, it rested on Jungkook's shoulder causing his jet black eyes to melt with Ronnie's hazel ones. The couple's gazes stayed glued to each other when Seokjin broke it with a scream, "Let's go to the stream!" he shouted. The oldest ran towards the bushes, behind which ran a little stream. Presently, the rest of the group followed the tall man and disappeared behind the hedges.
