It is now the morning of the following day. The house is still asleep. Jimin was spread out on the couch, Taehyung snoring lightly beside him. Namjoon and Jin were both in a deep sleep, Yoongi and Hoseok didn't even more through the whole night. Ronnie and Jungkook were still sleeping, holding each other tightly. The night was calm, nobody woke up and no one fell off the beds. Jungkook's parents were visiting his dad's family in Korea, however, Jungkook chose not to go this time, knowing he'd see them later on in the year. Hobi was the first to wake up. He was always the one who always had the most energy, he always acted the most tireless, unlike Yoongi who constantly wanted to sleep. Namjoon and Jin were the ones that usually to control if anything happened. Joon has great leadership skills, and Jin is the eldest so he should technically be the wisest. Jimin and Taehyung are always together, it's not often that you see them apart. Jungkook was quiet and shy at first, but when he began to feel comfortable in the group he unleashed his true personality. He's thought to be one of the funniest people in the pack, although he zones out all the time - it's like he lives in a completely different world. Ronnie likes to make a connection with everyone she meets. She's very awake, and has a very methodical view of life, everything she does she thinks about literally not on an emotional level. That's why she needs to make a connection since she has trouble reading people's emotions.
Hoseok walked briskly down the stairs as soon as he opened his eyes. He was never the person to stay in bed long. The brunette began making a cup of coffee from the fancy machine Jungkook's parents got as a wedding gift but never used. The machine began making loud noises as dark coffee started pouring out of one of the taps. A sleepy Ronnie made her way down the stairs. "What's with the shouting?" she asked, yawning at the end.
"No one's shouting Roo, it's the coffee machine. Want one?" Hoseok questioned, following with a deep chuckle. "Sure," Ronnie replied while rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. "Sleep well?" she asked, posing the same way as Hoseok but on the opposite side of him. "What, with Yoongi's snoring? You must be joking," he chuckled dryly causing Ronnie to let out a laugh too. "I'll take that as a no," she giggled.
"How about you?" Hobi asked, taking the ready coffee from under the two coffee taps and handing it to Ronnie then putting another cup under the tow taps. She thanked him, taking a sip of the warm beverage. "Actually," she began "I slept amazing, I haven't slept that way in ages," Ronnie admitted. Hoseok raised his eyebrows, connecting the dots in his head. "What's that look for, Hobi?" she asked him while chuckling a little bit. Hoseok's eyebrows stayed shot up and cocked his head to the side, attempting to let her know something through his expression. "Spit it out Hoseok," Ronnie stated firmly, not understanding his facial expressions. "You slept so well, because you and Jungkook slept together," (as in same bed calm down) Hoseok remarked, taking a sip of his warm cafe latte. "I- well we did cuddle..." Ronnie trailed off as her mind travelled to last night when she asked Jungkook to hold her. "Maybe you're right," Ronnie finally asserted, setting the empty cup down as soon as the rest of the boys piled down the stairs.
"Morning," all the boys greeted the pair in the kitchen. Ronnie wasn't surprised that they all came downstairs later than 10 am since the boys always seem to sleep in - except Hoseok of course. Jimin draped his small arm over Ronnie's shoulder, "How does the beach sound for today?" he asked in a cute, soft voice. Ronnie shrugged her shoulders, looking at the other guys for approval.
Soon, the group agreed to meet at the beach in two hours. Everybody went home to change, have breakfast and do anything else they deemed necessary. The boys left one by one, Ronnie left last. "I'll see you later," she said as her arms embraced Jungkook. "See you, Ronnie," Jungkook said, closing the door behind the brunette girl.
Ronnie was walking briskly down the long street leading to her childhood home. Ronnie's family have never moved houses or lived anywhere else, she's had the same bedroom for almost eighteen years. But she wasn't complaining, her mom was quite a wealthy person so they had a fairly large house. All of the group's parents had well-paid jobs, yet they remained very humble. None of them ever bragged about what they owned. They knew it wasn't a part of who they are so they rarely mentioned it.
Ronnie used her set of keys to open the wooden front door. "Mom?" she shouted, hoping to hear a response. Ronnie lived alone with her mom, her father left them when she was about 10 and never came back. She didn't mind it being just her and her mom. Plus the seven boys filled the void of a stable male figure in her life. After not getting an answer from her mother, Ronnie walked slowly to the kitchen. She saw a note sitting on the countertop, I had to go to work early, call me if you need anything xx it read. Ronnie shrugged her shoulder a little bit and made her way to her room.
After getting changed, taking a quick shower and eating a small bowl of cereal Ronnie began walking down to the beach. It was quite a long walk but she found it peaceful and tranquil.
