Minkai only lifted his head and slowly blinked at her. JaeSung sighed as she ran a hand through her hair and stared at her ex-boyfriend.His cheeks were flushed red and his eyes were red,like if he was crying.

"You-you should really change your password."He mumbled and JaeSung nodded,she had been planning to change it for a while now but hasn't had time to do so.

"Where's Sunni?"JaeSung asked,noticing that the toddler was not there.A confused look washed over Minkai's face before his eyes widened.

"I don't remember."He said,sitting up.JaeSung only stared at him in disbelief and almost yelled at him but was interrupted by her phone buzzing.

JaeSung sighed and tossed her phone on the couch.

"What are you doing here."JaeSung mumbled and Minkai shrugged,laying back down and closed his eyes.

"I missed you."He said softly."I miss my best friend,the one before we dated and before you became an idol.The one who used to sneak out and hang out in the park with me."

JaeSung looked away,tears in her eyes and for a moment she hated herself for being so emotional.She undoubtedly missed Alex,his childness that was endearing,and his presence that made anyone comfortable.She missed him and that was simply it.

It would make ten months since the last time they saw each other and so much has happened to her since then.She nearly died and was recently slandered to the point where she actually questioned her existence.

She missed the Daejeon gang,she missed the moments they all crowded her room and they just existed.In that room JaeSung wasn't BTS's maknae and MinKai wasn't Korea's rising actor,they were just two kids from Daejeon who had big dreams and were slowly achieving them.

They didn't have an easy childhood.JaeSung had abusive parents,MinKai's dad cared more about his work then his kids and his mom dipped shortly after Minkai's fifth birthday.Jinho's parents were hardly home and he had to learn at a young age to care for himself while Lena's parents were constantly fighting and Lena had to become a parent to her younger siblings,and when her father left her and her siblings at the mercy of their mother,Lena suddenly had to protect her siblings from an alcoholic and drug addicted woman.

JaeSung left when she was eleven,then it was just the three of them against their parents in their small town.

All the memories hit her as she approached MinKai.

Oh,her MinKai.To some part of her he was still that seven year old that threatened to beat up thirteen year old Sunghoon after JaeSung had a nasty encounter with her parents.

As she sat by his head and gently ran a hand through his hair,she remembered the conversation she had with Jungkook.

"Then I'm never letting go.Cha MinKai is the only one for me."She slightly smiled as it was true.No one would make JaeSung feel the way MinKai made her feel.She can be courted by anyone,but she will always pick MinKai.

"I missed you too."JaeSung whispered,lightly kissing the side of his head.She grabbed a nearby pillow and placed it under his head before tossing a blanket over him.She didn't want to leave his side so she ran to her room and grabbed her blankets.She ran to the couch and laid down,tossing the blankets over her.

Despite the fact that they had fallen asleep at ten,the two found themselves awake at three in the morning.MinKai had a headache and JaeSung was trying to figure out why she wasn't in her bed.

She turned her head and saw MinKai,and a small 'oh' escaped from her lips as she remembered about their conversation last night.

She got off the couch and walked to her kitchen,turning on the kettle.She leaned her back against the counter and watched MinKai groan and cover himself with the blanket,kicking his feet out.

JaeSung giggled and walked towards him.She pulled down the blanket and MinKai stared at her wide eyed.She only smiled and quickly leaned down,kissing his forehead and watched in amusement as MinKai flushed red,and slowly covered himself with the blanket.

JaeSung smiled and walked back to the kitchen,pulling out two mugs and started making coffee just as the door opened and Sunghoon stomped in with Max behind him. 

"Hyung just listen."Max begged as Sunghoon took off his shoes.

"Why don't you go ask that guy to listen!"Sunghoon yelled angrily in Japanese,causing Max to narrow his eyes at him.

"It literally meant nothing,you're blowing this out of proportion!"Max yelled back,and the other two were glad they understood and spoke Japanese.The language was something that the group had tried learning as a joke when they were younger and it was easier for JaeSung to pick up languages.

"You looked me straight in the eyes and told me he was cute!"It dawned on Max that Sunghoon was simply jealous and he bursted into laughter.A hurt look washed over Sung hoon and JaeSung quickly rushed over.

"Hey,what's wrong?"She asked,slipping into chinese,a language Max thankfully didn't know. 

"You should've seen the way he looked at him,he doesn't even look at me like that!"

JaeSung sighed and lightly patted her brother's chest."And how did that make you feel?"

Sung Hoon closed his eyes and leaned his head on her shoulder and she threaded her fingers through his hair as he mumbled something.

"It made me feel insecure,I'm new to all of this and it hurt."He mumbled and JaeSung sighed,pulling away.She sat him on the couch and handed him her cup of coffee as MinKai scolded Max.

"Yah,think before you say something.You know that he's new to all this and how long it took him to confess his feelings for you."

Max huffed,starting to feel bad as MinKai had a point,he always had a point."Alright,it was my bad.I should've known better."Max went to move towards the couch when MinKai suddenly stopped him

"Where's my sister?"He asked,realizing that Sunni wasn't with them.

"You would not believe the fight she put up to be left with Lena and Junhui,I almost lost an eye and I'm pretty sure hyung has a few hairs missing."Minkai chuckled and nodded,knowing how Sunni got when she set her mind to something.

The two turned to walk to the couch and saw the two siblings watching a movie.JaeSung had her legs over SungHoon as they watched Daytime Shooting Star.

If a stranger would take a look at them,they would conclude that Max and MinKai were utterly whipped for the Min siblings.
