Tyler looked around and answered, “Tyler.” He shook his hand. “How old are you?” Asked Finnick. “I’m fourteen, and yourself?” Tyler replied. “I’m 23, where are you headed?” Finnick asked. “The Watergy Plant.” Replied Tyler.  “Me too!” said Finnick. "Wait, you’re Fourteen?! And you got a job at Watergy?" Finnick asked scratching his head. "Yeah, people say I'm a really good student." Tyler responded, a bit defensive. "Tyler, I'm going to let you in on a secret... there is no need to go to school." Finnick confessed. "But, we have to." Tyler confronted him confusingly. "No, Tyler, you don't." Finnick was about to explain why, but his eye caught a camera, and the camera caught him. He remained silent and casual. "Go on." Tyler said, wanting more information. "Hold up... wait until we get off. It's dangerous to talk about this here." Finnick said. "But about work, it's a great technology that we're working for." Finnick said confidently. "I bet, today is my first day working. What's it like?"  Tyler asked. "Oh... it's great. You get to learn a lot. 74% of all the energy goes to the Colony's Government and the NRF, and the rest goes to the colonists and public usage. If you ask me, it's a bit selfish."  Finnick confessed with a straight face. "Ugh..." Tyler moaned knowing that most of what he was going to working for will go to the Government. He was getting a head ache with all Government talk and them being everywhere he goes. The APM suddenly stopped and they were at the coast. "Woah." Tyler got off the transport and stuck with Finnick until they got to work. "So, why don't we need to learn?" Tyler asked, trying to bring back the topic. Finnick looked over his shoulder and said, "It's all a scam. That chip tracks you. It's in your head. I have one too. That's what the beeping was." "But, how does -" Tyler tried rationalizing it. "I know I sound crazy, but the more I talk the less crazy it sounds. They call it A11... it's supposed to be some sort of Intelligence Implant. It does give you information you need to know, but only the amount and subjects the government wants you to know about. I think that's what the beeping meant. It was tracking you because you weren't at school." Finnick started wincing. "Why do people have to live like this? I hate it! I really do." "I'm starting not to like it too." Tyler said trying to comfort him. A drone was flying towards their direction. "Come on!" Tyler said. They ran into the Watergy Facility. Suddenly, the beeping in their heads stopped.
