Combat Training

You wake up to Aizawa knocking on your door and then opening it to see you and Bakugo holding each other close. He blushes and closes the door, but says, "Hurry up or you're both gonna be late," before he goes back to whatever he was doing.

Throughout the night, you both moved around until he ended up right next to you, holding you against him, and you with your arms around him, burying your face into his chest. You nuzzle against him gently, and start moving away from him. You look up to his face, still asleep. He breathes softly and has a calm, almost vulnerable expression. 

You smile and kiss him to wake him up, and only a few seconds pass before his kisses back. You pull away and get up to change and start to get ready for school...

Until you remember that he has nothing to wear.

You turn to him and ask, "So, are you just gonna go home and get ready or..?" He gets up and walks up to you. "I'll leave in a little while, don't miss me," he says, smirking. You look at him and raise an eyebrow. He places his hands on your waist, kisses you sweetly, and then winks at you as he walks out of your room.

You quickly get dressed, do all the basic steps of getting ready, and head into the kitchen. You're expecting to only see Aizawa, but find that Bakugo decided to stay for breakfast and is sitting at the table.

"I thought you said you were just gonna go to your house.." you ask him, confused.

"I said a little while, I didn't say now. Why, do you want me gone?" You giggle a little and take a seat next to him.

You eat breakfast together and then he goes home to get his uniform and continue getting ready, and after sitting around talking for several minutes, you and Aizawa do the same.

You arrive at class and see most everyone already there, and of course, almost everyone who was at the party looks at you.

They were swarmed around Bakugo before your arrival, but you assume he didn't say much.

"What happened after you two went home?" "Did you sleep in the same bed?" "Did you do anything?"

You step back a little and avoid every question thrown at you. "Uhm, can I please just go to my seat, please?"

Of course, they don't listen.

"She said to give her some space, so give her some space or I'll blast all of your faces off," Bakugo comes to your aid with a threat to the other students.

You walk over to your seat next to his and sit down. "Thanks for that," you say without looking at him. You can feel his red eyes gazing at you, but don't meet them.

"It's nothing, they were gonna suffocate you," he replies coolly, looking away from you. You look at him, and then look away again.

All Might bursts through the door saying, "I am... COMING THROUGH THE DOOR LIKE A NORMAL PERSON." You giggle a little, but then listen to what he has to say.

A few people are gawking at him, considering he's the number one hero and all. You've met him a couple times before, only because of Aizawa, and especially recently due to All Might becoming a teacher at U.A.

Not only have you met him, you've also talked with him, and he seems to have taken quite a liking to you. You wave at him, and he waves a tiny bit in your direction, and then slightly behind you as well.

"Today you'll be doing combat training at 'Ground Beta'. But part of being a hero is style."

Knowing what he's talking about, you smile and look to the wall, where briefcases are coming from. Each of them has a number for each student, as well as a hero costume.

You quickly go to yours, number 12, and pick it up. (Can we talk about how my favorite/lucky numbers are 7, 12, and 13 and I kinda accidentally made 12 y/n's seat number like wooow)

(So imma give you guys some options for yours hero costumes, if the creators of any of these drawing don't want me to use it, TELL ME, but yeah and I'm just putting the links for the outfits bc I'm on my family iPad and uhhhh parents don't need to know that I have watt pad lmao)

(Personally, I love all of these and can't pick so uhhhhh enjoy choosing only one hehe and bro, there are so many good costumes on Pinterest but I can't put all of them so if you find another one you like, just picture yourself in that)

You quickly change into your hero costume and leave the locker room with the other girls, meeting up with the boys.

Everyone has unique and interesting outfits, but yours is rather calm. It looks really good, though.

You feel Bakugo and Todoroki's eyes on you, looking up and down your body. You smile at the ground (and when you smile at the ground it ain't *inhale* hard to tell you don't know oh oh oh *inhale* you don't know you're beautiful).

All Might tells you about the combat training. You'll be on teams of two, one team will be heroes, the other will be villains. You end up with Yaoyorozu, and you're against Kaminari and Jirou. Your team is the villain team, so you just have to protect the weapon and tie them up. Shouldn't be too difficult.

All of the other matches go by quickly before it gets to yours. Deku and Uraraka vs Iida and Bakugo was a little intense, but nobody was seriously injured, ignoring Deku's arms.

You go into the building and wait. Yaoyorozu leaves small traps everywhere and you find a spot to hide. Only a few minutes pass before you hear footsteps.

You end up using Todoroki's ice to get an immediate win. However, they get out of the way, and because you've never used his power before, you don't have enough control and speed to catch them.

Luckily for you, they set off the traps Yaoyorozu laid, and are surrounded by colorful smoke. They start coughing, but you just hold your breath and use the ice again. You use Bakugo's explosions and jump at them, and then freeze up to their necks.

"I win."

You hear All Might's voice over the mic in your ear. "The villain team... WINS!"

You let out a small sigh, and then melt the ice with Todoroki's fire. He really does have an incredible quirk...

But so do I.

"Sorry I got a little too aggressive at the end, I just had to win, and that was how to do it," you say as you continue melting the ice. "It's fine, I just wish I could've put up more of a fight," Kaminari replies.

"Y/n, I'm sorry, I didn't do much," Yaoyorozu walks up behind you, looking down. You smile at her. "It's ok, if you hadn't set those smoke bombs, I wouldn't have gotten a hit. You're the reason we won. Thank you."

She smiles at you, a few tears forming in her eyes. "Uh, hey, it's ok," you frantically try to calm her down.

You return to the viewing room and get praise from several people. "That was great, y/n!" Kirishima tells you very, very excitedly. Some of the people who weren't at the party and don't know what your quirk is ask you how you have Todoroki and Bakugo's. You quickly answer and go stand by the screens, so you can watch the rest of the fights.

"The MVP of this fight was y/n, for obvious reasons. But the others did very well!"

Even more praise from even more people. You thank them, even though all you did was steal a few people's powers in a closet while you were making out. Not anything to be praised for.

Nonetheless, you smile to yourself. It feels good to hear words of approval coming from people you see as equal. You giggle a little and smile at them. Thanks, guys...
