Stain...

Jump. Block. Fire and explosion. Punch. Dodge. Block.

Combat training with Hornet isn't going all that bad. Oh, block that-

Too late.

"Damn..."

Getting up off of the floor, you wipe some sweat off of your forehead. "How much longer do I have to do this?"

He lets out a low chuckle, and says, "You can be done... for now at least. We're going out on patrol for a little while. Go get ready."

A smile makes its way across your face and you run to your room. Decorated with potted plants of all types, it's much different than your normal room. The walls are brightly painted purple, the ceiling black with glow in the dark stars.

You grab your hero costume and start heading towards the shower, on the way seeing Hornet's room door open. The thought hits you that you've never looked at it.

Just as you'd expect, the walls are blinding yellow in varying shades, somehow a beautiful sight. A large pride flag drapes across the wall, right over his bed. Even more potted plants are in his room.

You laugh a little and continue your path to the shower.

A little while later, you're dressed and ready to go. "Alright, lets go to the train station," he starts walking to the door with no further details. "Where are we-" "You'll see when we get there."

When you arrive, you find Deku on the bullet train and sit near him. After a series of whispers between the hero he's interning with, Gran Torino, and Hornet, who seem to already know each other, you discover that you're going to the same place.

You text a few people and find out that Shoto is in Hosu, where you're passing through at the moment.

Unfortunately, your ride is interrupted.

A Nomu bursts through the wall, Gran Torino and Hornet jump out, telling you two to stay. Of course, neither of you listen.

You and Deku find the main action, where the heroes are fighting the Nomus. The hero Iida is interning with is looking for him. Deku's eyes meet yours and you nod.

After some running around, you find the alley with Stain and Iida in it. Deku jumps and kicks Stain, and you notice that he's progressed with using One for All. That's not what's important at the moment, however.

You run up and join him in the fight, and after a short "chat" with Stain, you get your phone and sent Shoto your location as well as a very short audio clip. That should be enough...

Please let that be enough.

The two of you prepare to fight and run up, fast. You get in close and go around him different ways, followed by Deku punching him and you sweeping his legs out from under him. When you land, you notice Stain lick his blade and...

Suddenly, you're both paralyzed.

He takes a blade and puts it to Iida, but is stopped by fire.

Shoto...!!

"Midoriya, y/n. You need to give more details in a time like this. I was almost too late to stop him."

Iida, who clearly wants to take Stain on by himself -a suicide mission- says, "You too Todoroki?" Deku asks him how he got there, meanwhile you just smile in relief. With the four of you, there's hope.

You also smile at the fact that he's using his left side.

He starts talking, "How'd I get here? Good question. Your messages took me a while to figure out. The sound clip that y/n sent was helpful though, it let me know the urgency of the situation. Somewhat.

"Next time, try to send more than just your specific location, Midoriya," he continues. "But you're not really one to send cryptic messages without a reason, are you?"

After a bit of back and forth with Stain, you notice you can move again (lol so if y/n . Spotting two blades coming towards Shoto, you push him out of the way.

It probably would've been better for them to land in his arm.

...because they landed in your side instead.

All of your strength is needed to keep from screaming, but it's not as bad as your thought. Luckily for you, they landed in your side, not the front part of your abdomen. Even luckier, they hit the lower left region, where less important organs reside (when you aren't bothered by blood so you wanna do something in the medical field and try to learn a bit).

Unlucky, it hurts like hell.

Deku and Shoto talk about how Stain's quirk works. Lots more back and forth between you, Shoto, Deku, and Stain. (Hell yeah, I'm skipping thru most of this. I'm realizing that I'm bad at writing action, but I'm working on it... somewhat)

Iida stands up and saves Shoto's arm from being cut, a bit of an emotional moment in the middle of a fight. The four- sorry, five now- of you keep fighting.

Eventually, Deku and Iida land hits on Stain in the air, followed by some fire from Shoto.

A bit  before this, your mind started to blur a bit; you lost control. You aren't sure why, but you can't stop. You...

You want to kill Stain.

A jump is all it takes to get to his unconscious body, completely limp. That doesn't matter to you. You grab him and start throwing punches at him. Some blood sprays on your hands and cheek, you don't care. Nothing matters.

That is, until you feel two strong arms pull you back, pulling you out of the trance. "He can't fight anymore. You can stop."

...Shoto....

"I- I don't- what the hell? I don't know what just happened, or why. That... I swear that wasn't me. Well it- it was but I- I... lost control... or something." You say nothing than the truth, but you aren't sure if they believe you.

It's not like you used any of your quirks, but you still hit him hard enough that he bled. Not much, just... maybe a few missing teeth and a broken nose.

With the adrenaline wearing off, the pain starts to get to you. You watch them tie Stain up as you wipe off some of the blood on your hands. Ironically, it stained your hands a little.

All of you walk out of the alley, where several pro heroes are running towards you. It seems like it's over... but the peace doesn't last very long. A Nomu comes towards you and grabs Deku.

Your good reflexes come to your aid, but that can only get you so far. Jumping, you grab Deku, but can't pull him free and end up in the same situation. 

A moment before you're about to use your levitation (fancy words lol) quirk, Stain... saves you?

One second you're in the air, the next you've fallen next to Deku on the ground. Stain has a big speech about false heroes and whatever, but you don't really care. Everyone around you seems kind of spooked, but all it does for you is makes you wanna punch him even more.

Until he just.... stops.
