The sound of a motorcycle is heard. Yang Xiao Long is riding Bumblebee with the Shady Man through a forest in Anima.
Yang: How much further, pal?
Shay D. Mann: This should just about do it.
Yang stops her bike at a clearing.
Shay D. Mann: You wait here. I'll go up ahead and make sure the coast is clear.
The Shady Man dismounts from the bike and runs into the bushes. Yang shakes her head in annoyance and discards her sunglasses, sleeve and coat tails before stretching a little. Suddenly, someone pulls the trigger of a gun and Yang blocks the shot with her arm. The Shady Man reappears with several bandits in tow.
The scene changes to Shadow as he walks out of his room. He yawns before he moves to the kitchen, pouring himself a cup of Tea. He sips a little before he hears the sound of a portal generate behind him. He quickly turns around as he sees a deep red portal.
Shadow: Raven?
Shadow looks with curiosity as Shadow's will walks through. The two of them look oddly as the portal closes.
Shadow: It's you...
Shadow?: Indeed. We finally meet at last.
Shadow: Your my will correct? And if I reunite with you-
Shadow?: We become one and return to our prime before our death.
Shadow: But I technically never died if I chose to come back.
Shadow's will shrugs before he reaches his hand out.
Shadow?: Shall we?
Shadow nods as he reaches his hand out. The two shake as Shadow's will dissipates into orbs of light, as Shadow absorbs them. The memories that his will had replay in his mind before the orbs disappear into him. He looks at his hands as red gloves cover them, to which he see's his old outfit returned, Mask and all. He smiles as he hears a voice in his head.
Arsene: Welcome back...old friend.
Shadow: It's been too long...
Shadow hears the sound of footsteps as Rinoa, Yuskue, and Ruby come rushing in.
Ruby: What happened?!
Rinoa: We saw a bright light from here! Did-
Yuskue: Rinoa...
The three look to see Shadow in his old outfit, standing proudly as Yuskue smirks.
