As everyone waits to start the turnover ceremony,  Kagami looks around him as the GOM starts to walk towards him surprisingly that Akashi is with them "oh? Akashi I thought your with Kuroko?" The captain look at him "Tetsuya needs time to breath, so I decided to come here instead" everyone nodded "coach sorry were late!" everyone including the GOM looked at the new arrivals "what took you guys so long anyway?" Riko ask as she cross her arms " Furihata said he needs to smell good for some reason" they all look except Akashi at Furihata who was now blushing red in front of Akashi "y-you l-look so handsome today S-seijuurou" the red head captain look at Midorima the other quickly notice it "something wrong?" Akashi shrugs "nothing, I just want to say something" Midorima and the others focus there whole attention at the  emperor "Earlier, I proposed to Tetsuya.." he said while side glancing at Furihata that was quickly notice by the said guy " what did he answer?" Riko ask excitement was shown on her eyes "of course..he said yes" Momoi and Riko squeal loudly making both Aomine and Kagami cover they're ears "Satsuki, your too loud" Aomine said hands still covering his ears "Dai chan! aren't you excited! First is the King of Hokkaido himself Kuroko Tekumi " everyone stood up and clap there hands as Tekumi walks inside waving his hand as he sit on his chair that was place in front  "next is the Prince of Hokkaido and now the future King of Tokyo.. Kuroko Tetsuya accompanied by the King of Kyoto Akashi Seijuurou."  they both walk in front "Tetsuya, did you both talk earlier"   Kuroko shrugs and looked at his father who was now sitting in front of him Tekumi then looked at him back, Akashi hold Kuroko's shoulder and squeeze it gently as they both sit on their respective sits "I am Touko Nanami, Secretary of Kuroko Tetsuya sama has brought and is willing to show everyone the legal documents for today's ceremony events" she then hands the documents to the judge as the judge reads it, He then sign it and stood up as he walk in front " I Hiroshi Tanaka judge and stand here before all of you who are now the witness of this turn over ceremony request for Kuroko Tetsuya to please come forward" Kuroko stand up and walk in front to where the judge is " I....Kuroko Tetsuya, accept the request granted to me by the higher ups of the government" He then bows to everyone then to the judge as he accept the documents and judge handshake " I proudly announced Kuroko Tetsuya as King of Tokyo" he said as Kuroko bowed again before facing every one as they all clapped " Thank You everyone for becoming my today's witness in this turnover ceremony. This past few days has been rough tragedies happen, truth has been out. Tekumi said  to both Shizuo and Winfield as they both just stood there quietly Fuyutoki Kureha his fourth personal butler together with Soushi Meketsukami his fifth personal butler talk to the media to cut the recording and to not let any news of this to be heard which everyone agreed to. Kuroko walk towards his father who was now kneeling in both knees in front of him, he then kneel in front of him "why would they listen to you father, they are my personal butlers. i was the one who pick them as there loyalty remains in me." Tekumi glared at his son "I swear Tetsuya after all I done just to put you in your position! you will do this ridiculous thing! tell them to unhand me now!" Kuroko clicked his tongue "how dare you talk to a Royalty like that?" he said Akashi walk towards his butler who was currently standing on the side " Kakashi.. help Neil get this people out of here but don't include the GOM and Kagami" the silver head nod as he went to help Neil Kuroko's third personal butler. As everyone starts to clear up Touko thank everyone in behalf of Kuroko by leading them to the prepared dinner for them in the banquet hall. Akashi walk towards the GOM "what is happening here Akashi?" Midorima said adjusting his glasses the red head emperor only look at his fiance who was now only looking at his father's poor state.
