In those few weeks of worrying about this court date and trying to figure out why my mother kept getting mail from a private company that said she owe them this money and what she were going to do.

We got up early morning my mothers friend helped us get there, we walked in and everything seemed so disorganized we were asking the people that were working there if they were ready for us.

They couldn't even search anything up at first and then a few minutes in they told us to wait in the court room where my mother had to defend her point, all by herself but the more talking she did they still didn't care.

As my mother was talking i was just sitting there listening my heart was hurting for my mother, i was sad and angry at the same time just thinking who could do such a thing to someone like my mother, she's so loving, caring and didn't deserve something like this.

After we were done in the court room they had my mother speak to someone separately about paying off the thousands of dollars they claimed were owed.

As it came down to a conclusion they gave my mother ways to pay it off and gave her a date to move, because if not things would get worst. After they gave my mother the papers we went along with our day.

Once me and my mother left we were sitting outside just talking about how wrong they were and what we just have to figure out from there.
