I don't really have an issue about this appearance. However, I do think that you could stand to include more details about his eyebrows, nose shape, body type, etc. Even if you never include these details in the story, it never hurts to think about it. As for his nationality, I'm sort of picturing him with olive skin, looking a bit Italian with his short stature and darker colored hair and eyes.
