Pieces Of My Love

Chapter 1

After being sent off to the U.S to live with her grandparents, Ryujin finally returns home to Korea. Her parents made that decision in order to keep her safe and away from danger. 

 One night, Ryujin was almost taken away from them. Kidnappers attempted to take the child away in exchange for a large bounty. Luckily, her bodyguards were large and strong enough to fight them off, her parents were away on a business trip. 

Now that Ryujin has grown, she and her parents decided that its time for her to move back. Her dad will be training her as the heir of their company which Ryujin is mostly excited for because she has always wanted to follow her parents' footsteps. 

The girl proceeded to go to the private jet that her parents sent for her and made her way back to her birthplace.

After long hours of traveling Ryujin is finally arrived, she stepped off the plane and was greeted by her bodyguards. She breathed in the familiar air and closed her eyes. Ryujin was soon escorted to the SUV and drove her home. 

"My lovely daughter." Ryujin heard the voices she missed so much. Her parents engulfed her into the tightest hug she has ever received. She chuckled and replied, "I've missed you guys so much."

"We missed you too honey, how was your flight?" asks her mom. She noticed how the house looked different and bigger from the last time she remembered. 

"It was great, they fed me too much food that my stomach was about to explode."

"That's what your dad instructed them to do since he knows how you love too much."

Her dad laughed and said, "Only for my daughter, baby I know you just arrived but we need to talk about your safety now that you are back here in Korea."

"Dad, it's okay I'll be fine, that incident happened along time ago. I'm sure they stopped." her dad nodded. 

"Sweetheart, we've already enrolled you at your new school and you'll be starting tomorrow. I've talked with Yeji and Yuna, they are so excited to see you. Don't worry, I asked the principal to arrange your schedule like theirs so you won't have to be alone." Ryujin's mom said.

"Thank you so much, I'm excited to see them too," she replied.

 Yeji, Yuna, and Ryujin were childhood best friends, even if Ryujin had to move, the three kept in touch with each other. The two girls couldn't be happier to find out that their best friend is finally back.

"Sweetheart, I know how much you want to explore the city but let's be careful for a few days and wait to make sure there is no one out there to harm you okay? Your dad and I assigned a few bodyguards to watch over you," says Ryujin's mom.

"But mom I'm grown now, I know how to defend myself. You were the one that enrolled me in a martial arts class to train how to fight. You know that I hate it when someone is watching me every time. People might think I'm weird or something."

"I know, I know sweetie but please do this for us. We just don't want you to get hurt." 

"Okay, I'm only agreeing because I love you both very much."Ryujin sighed. 

The three of them shared another hug and went inside the mansion. They escorted Ryujin to her room which was painted in black and was modernly designed just like how she wanted.

"I'll have one of the butlers send you your dinner later, rest well okay? Your mom and I have some meetings to attend." her dad kissed her forehead.

"Okay, I love you both." She was used to her parents leaving for business trips and all that so she didn't have any problems. Her parents left her alone to let her change and rest for the next day.

"HEY RYUJIN OPEN THE DOOR!!" someone yelled causing her to wake up from her deep slumber. She groaned and got out of bed.

"Who is it?" Ryujin asks still sleepy.

"ITS YUNA YOUR FAVORITE GIRL OPEN UP BITCH."

where are this girl's manners?

Ryujin was fully awake now and she swung the door open only to be tackled down by her two best friends.

These dorks are still the same when I left

"WELCOME HOME RYUJINNIE WE MISSED YOU!" Yeji wouldn't let go off her and snuggled her face to her neck.

" Aww let me cuddle with her too." Yuna pouted with puppy eyes and Yeji couldn't resist.

"A little too tight there" Ryujin hissed as she adjusted to make herself comfortable. "I missed your annoying asses."

They remained on the floor, cuddling with each other, talking about what they've been doing lately.

"Are you nervous to go to school tomorrow? " the youngest girl asked.

Yuna felt like her world just lit up because she came back. Ryujin was the one who took care of her when they were still a kid and the one that acted like she was her sister. Then, Yeji came into their lives and became part of the family. Yeji might be the oldest but she and Yuna act the same. Ryujin is on the mature, self reserve, and quite side. She can be playful and fun but only to those whom she's comfortable with. 

"I don't really care Yuna, school is school, as long as the two of you are there with me I'll be okay," Ryujin replied giving both of them a peck on the forehead.

"I'm glad that we all have the same classes, did I ever mention that I got a girlfriend," Yeji said.

"You got a girlfriend?" Ryujin was now curious and was waiting for her answer. Yuna suddenly laughed out loud.

"She's lying. She doesn't have a girlfriend, she's too ugly to get one." Yeji slapped her on the arm.

"OWWW THAT HURTS"

"THEN KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT"

"BUT ITS TRUE"

Yeji tried slapping her once more until she was blocked by Ryujin. "Both of you quit it, Yuna let her explain please." Yuna pouted while Yeji stuck her tongue out teasing her.

"Her name is Lee Chaeryeong, she's really beautiful along with her best friend Choi Jisu. Both of them are the most popular duo in school because of how nice they are and not to mention their visuals," explained Yeji.

"She's not your girlfriend. Just admit that you've got no balls to ask her out. Ryujin, she's been crushing on Chaeryeong ever since freshman year." Yuna said.

"Is that true Yeji? " asks the confused Ryujin.

Yeji nodded and let out a groan. "She's just so beautiful, I wish she was my girlfriend. I would treat her like a princess because it's what she deserves."

Yuna and Ryujin squealed and tickled her, Yeji tried fighting back but the two outnumbered her. It escalated to them pillow fighting each other and running around Ryujin's enormous room.

A knock on the door interrupted their fun, "Miss Ryujin, your dinner is ready. We prepared a lot since your friends are here too. The table is ready for dinner." one of her butlers said.

"We'll be down there in a minute, thank you!" Ryujin said. The butler left and they continued their play fight. The three stopped as they needed to catch their breath.

"Yoo I'm hungry let's go eat," Yuna said while placing the pillow back on the bed.

"Okay let's go," says Ryujin and they headed out the door. Yeji jumped on her back and she was strong enough to catch her. They enjoyed their dinner time and headed out to the theater to watch their favorite movies.

Oh how much I've missed this, it's good to be back. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
