Chapter 6

The Next Day...

Ryujin stepped out of the car and grabbed her backpack. She was now facing the school's entrance. Suddenly, a group of students (mostly girls) ran to Ryujin's way carrying boxes and letters to give to her. Everyone was squealing and screaming wanting to get a moment with her. 

Her bodyguards immediately went to her aid and collected the gifts from her admirers. "What the hell?" she thought. Someone grabbed her wrist and pulled her away from the crowd. They ran inside the entrance while Ryujin's guards were stopping her "fans" from following her. 

"Good morning, miss famous," The dark blue-haired girl looked up and saw that it was Lia that dragged her away from that mess. She leaned against the wall and panted. 

"Good morning and thank you," 

"I guess you gained some fans overnight," Lia snickered. 

Ryujin shook her head playfully, "I guess so, I mean look at me." she used her hands to show off her body. 

"You ruined it." the other girl slapped Ryujin's arm because of her silly reply.

"I'm kidding, but I don't want that to happen again." 

"Woah, what just happened?" the two turned around seeing Yuna, Yeji, and Chaeryeong together. 

"Hey, umm I just saved Ryujin from her fans," Lia replied.

"You have fans already?!" Yuna said a little too loud and was nudged by Yeji.

"My identity was revealed yesterday Yuna. Of course, there are some people that want to be friends or even more than friends with me." 

When Ryujin said that last sentence, Lia felt something inside that bothered her. She didn't like the sound of more than friends. 

"Plus she's drop-dead gorgeous," Chaeryeong added.

"Heyyyy," Yeji whined and pouted. Chae looked at her and gave her a kiss on the cheek causing Yeji to blush.

"Wait, what?" Ryujin and Lia asked at the same time.

"I KNOW RIGHT?! I was surprised too when I saw them holding hands this morning," The youngest girl expressed.

"Uhh yeah, it happened yesterday. Thank you again, Lia," says Yeji intertwining her hand with her girlfriend. Chaeryeong winked at her best friend.  

"Well, congratulations. You finally got your wish, my friend." Ryujin patted her friend's shoulder. 

"Wish?" Chae asked.

"Uh don't mind her. Let's go to class?" her girl suggested.

"We all have the same first-class, dumbass," says Yuna. 

"Shut up you giant." Yeji snapped back causing the tall girl to pout. Everyone laughed at her adorable action.

The five of them made their way to the classroom and headed to their designated seats. Ryujin noticed her table was filled with snacks and letters. She heard a group of girls squealed when she touched it. 

She could only smile to show that she was grateful for the gifts, the girls squealed again. Ryujin looked at her friends and they were secretly teasing her about it. Yuna and Yeji acted like a fangirl and Chaeryeong laughed. Lia, on the other hand, forced a smile not happy with what she saw. 

"Why am I like this? I could care less if she gets all this stuff from these girls, right? Crap, is this what they call jealousy? Why am I jealous? I literally just met her yesterday?" she asked herself. 

The teacher came in and class started. 

"Alright class we will be doing a fun activity today. Umm, I need someone to partner up with Miss Ryujin." the teacher asked.

Almost everyone in the class raised their hand simultaneously. Ryujin covered her face embarrassed and flustered at the same time.

"How about Miss Choi Jisu, would you be okay with partnering up with Ryujin? " Lia didn't hesitate and stood up quickly going over to her new partner. She could feel jealous eyes staring at her. Lia could only smirk, she won this time.

"Hi," says Ryujin.

"Hello, I saved your ass again," Lia whispered.

"I know and thank you once again," she whispered back. 

Throughout the whole activity, they laughed and laughed until they couldn't breathe. The teacher scolded them a couple of times for being disruptive. They enjoyed each other's company so much that they didn't know that they were done with the task. 

Lia's Pov

It was nice to see this side of Ryujin, she's silly and playful but still knows how to control herself. I didn't like her when I first saw her since she acted so cold and gave off this mean vibe. However, as I got to know her better, she's actually the funniest person you'll meet.

"Alright monkey, I need to go back to my seat," I said without thinking. 

"Monkey?" she asks.

"You got a problem with that?" I smirked knowing that she doesn't like that nickname.

"No no no it's just that if you want to call me by that nickname, I have to call you my dumpling." It was now her time to smirk, she grabbed my wrist and tickled my tummy. Did I ever mention how ticklish I am?

I squealed and tried to stop her but goddamn she was strong. I covered my mouth to prevent myself from laughing out loud. She stopped as soon as she realized how close we were, my eyes stared at her eyes then slowly landed to her lips.

I wonder how those lips taste, it must be so soft and addictive.

"The nickname dumpling sounds cute," I said with a shaky voice causing my heart rate to rise up.   

"Cool," she said nonchalantly. 

She pulled away and cleared her throat. I looked away not sure on what just happened. 

"I'll go back to my seat." she nodded and gave me a small smile.

"What in the actual freak was that? My dumpling?"

"You guys saw that too right?" Yuna asks.

"Well duh, you aren't the only one with eyes around here,"  says Yeji.

"Quit it, look at them. They are so cute." Chaeryeong admired them noticing how flustered they looked. 

"You know who else is cute?" 

"Who?"

"My pizza and I later tonight." the youngest says making the other two laugh out loud.
