Chapter 15

Ryujin's Pov

"Babeeee are we there yet?" Lia has been asking me that question ever since we left her house. If someone else did that I'd be so annoyed right now but my girlfriend is an exception.

"Almost there baby." I rubbed her thigh softly and continued to drive to our destination. I'm bringing her to my parent's beach resort. "Alright, we are here."

"Woah babe, this is so pretty."

I helped her out of the car and the staff took care of our belongings. I escorted Lia to the restaurant that I rented out, "Did I ever mention that you look beautiful?"

"Yes, like a hundred times during the car ride." She rolled her eyes at me and I chuckled.

"Good." I stopped walking and pulled out a blindfold from my coat. "Come here, baby girl."

"What's this for?" She stifled a laugh.

"It's a surprise mi amor."

I tied the cloth around her eyes and led her inside. There were roses laying all over the floor and in the center was a table with more flowers and candles. My favorite part was the huge window we had in front of us that shows when the sunset comes down and the band that was playing our favorite songs.

I took off her blindfold and heard her gasp, "Oh baby this is so beautiful." She said walking over in front of the glass.

"Let's enjoy this night babe." I wrapped my arms around her from the back and she leaned into me. I swayed us both slowly and kissed the side of her head. "Are you hungry?"

Lia nodded and I made her sit on the chair calling the waiter over. She ordered her desired cravings and I also ordered mine. "Do your parents own this resort?" She asked and I nodded.

"Yes, one of their famous ones in the country."

She was the one that nodded this time, "Baby, let's go for a swim later?" She asked looking at the beach.

"Of course babe, whatever you want to do." I reached for her hand and kissed it. I really must like kissing her hand. "How are you baby?"

"Mhmm, I'm happy super duper happy because I get to be with you." I tried not to blush but my cheeks failed me because she was laughing.

"I'm also happy to be with you, babe."

After awhile our dinner has arrived, we kept talking and talking. She asked about more of my background and hobbies she didn't know I had.

"That was so good but I'm full now." Lia pouted rubbing her belly.

"Me too baby." I chuckled, she's so cute.

"Aww, that's my favorite song." She said looking over at the band who was playing the music.

I smiled getting up from my seat. I bowed slightly extending my hand towards hers, "May I have this dance with you?"

She took my hand and lead her to the dance floor. I pulled her close wrapping my arms around her tiny waist and she wrapped hers around my neck.

We swayed to the sound of the music. I closed my eyes not wanting this moment to end. Her warmth makes me feel safer and happier. I made a promise to myself that whatever happens, I'll forever protect this girl.

"Baby?" She asked softly.

"Yes, babe?."

"I love you." My eyes got huge and I stopped our slow dance and pulled away staring at those mesmerizing brown eyes.
