DADDY DEAREST

    ALPHA EDDIE'S P.O.V

Today was busy and all, we made everything perfect, tried asking Claire if she had seen anything in those visions but she hadn't and for some reason the mere thought disconcerted me.

I couldn't blame her cause honestly after training her in the way of the warriors I had no idea how to train her in the other ways, sometime in the past I had met a witch who was ready to help her with her powers as a white wolf and a Seer but she had asked for the impossible in return hence I turned down. The offer.

I was  in the room with my beta Matthew and some other guests trying my best to at least understand why the teenage ones always liked the noisy stuff instead of some slow dance with your mate savoring the moments you had.

  In my moments of brief relaxation was when I heard the heavy breathing and struggle in my head, it was Clair, she was struggling obviously, then she tried making coherent sentences but all i got was
 
“daddy help". Rouges"

I immediately alerted the pack and warriors and quickly rushed off to find her, I made a promise to always protect her I couldn't possibly fail now.

I rushed to the edge of the forest only to be greeted with the sight of my  daughter been held in the neck, struggling for air and been wiggled left to right obviously for fun by her captor, I growled the loudest I had ever done in my entire reign as alpha and thankfully that caught his attention.

The captor turned to me then tossed her to the floor, I quickly shifted cause I was ready to tear someone limb from limb.. We kept circling each other, then I couldn't hold on any more so I pounced on him, he was big probably same size as myself so it wasn't going to be a joke.

From the corner I saw the warriors shifting and obviously the rogue saw this too and seemed distracted so I took my chance and pounced on him, I had hit him on a tree real hard making him loose balance, I quickly rushed over to Clair to be sure she was still breathing.

unknown to me that filthy rogue had shifted to his human body and all I felt was been stabbed multiple times by a knife that's stinged a whole lot, it was obviously laced with silver, I couldn't defend myself cause I was now weak, I simply let out a pain filled Howl into the night, and shifted back, I could see the Rogue leaving and calling back his group.

I winced when I felt another wave of pain and in that moment I realized that I had failed Clair, I looked at her tear filled face and held her close as I saw my mate and son drawing closer and whispered with whatever strength I had left asking her to go over to the safe in the dark room in the dungeon no one entered, I told her the password and asked her to leave with everything she would find there.

I'm sure you are wondering why I asked her to leave but in all honesty I couldn't trust my mate because sometimes I'd find her glaring at Clair for reasons I'd never understand.

Looking at Clair right now I could see that she was really heart broken beyond words could say but she managed to nod, in that moment I was too tired to hold on hence I decided to rest.. Who knows I might feel better right?

APLHA  COLE'S P.O.V

The party was going real great till dad alerted everyone about the presence of rogues , we all shifted and started fighting every man to his own,  I was about ripping a head when I heard a really painful howl into the night and without thought knew It was my dad's.

I'd turned to find my mom but she was already kneeling and clutching her abdomen, I  pulled her close and she simply shifted, I did the same ,  I got up and pulled her toward the direction of the edge of the forest where my father's scent was strongest, I found him on the floor holding Claire's face, he seemed in pain but the stupid whore I had for a sister couldn't even alert anyone to find a doctor.

one of the reasons I hated her again was her ignorance and naivety, mom started screaming and that's when I suddenly felt a surge of power fill me and that's when I realized I had lost my father all thanks to that unfortunate mistake for a wolf Claire.

I quickly rushed over to them but I couldn't do anything, he was gone for good and I knew exactly whose fault it was, I picked up the shot that was passed to me, I quickly pulled it on and made my way to go pick my father back up, when I turned around I found everyone  on their knees and chorused.      " All  Hail  APLHA   Cole"

It's been two weeks since the attack, I'd ordered the funeral be done the following day cause we needed to move on and get into investigating how they came so close without notice and all what not...
 
For that skank Claire, I had always hated her from the beginning so it was pointless looking for reasons to now vent my anger, she wasn't even my blood but father treated her with so much love than he treated me, besides, the pack blamed her for been at the wrong place, hence causing the death of their alpha.

They were wrong, I knew it because dad would have gone there to save whosoever it would have been as long as they were his pack members, but I would never admit that since I for one needed to teach that whore the lesson of her life.
 
First duty as alpha was to turn her into an Omega, that way everyone would join in the good work of making her suffer gravely and best believe they are doing a really great job at it.

My mom was doing a more fabulous job, though I had expected her to be mourning at least but then I guess that's what happens when you are with someone who isn't even your true mate.

Guys hope y'all are loving this story, anyway I know this chapter feels rushed, I had to conclude all that family stuff and go straight to the main story, no worries from the next chapter forward we are going to get this party on the road 🎉🎉🎉🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️❤️.
