His Seer Mate

CHANGE

After a lot of Probing, throbbing, rubbing and touching, we were finally ready, Mandy and I went down to the party and decided we would have mad fun, I haven't found my mate yet so it's totally okay to twerk it out at the party, and in as much as the plan was good  something was off, it didn't feel totally right within me and I didn't get why, I just shrugged it off and went to find my parents.

when I eventually found them I said my greetings to their friends and then started making my way to the main party , I stood there alone for a while, the party was in full swing, you would think  that being an alpha's daughter makes me the social butterfly but opposite was actually the case,  I got pretty bored quickly so I decided to wonder a little or maybe run if it makes it any better.

I'd gotten to the edge of the forest and there it was, the disgusting smell that indicated the presence of Rouges, fear engrossed my whole body cause I might be the best warrior in the pack after Cole but who was I kidding, I'd never seen a Rogue before.

in that moment of thought the filty thing hit me with its hind legs, I tried to shift but was disoriented hence I did the only thing I could, I simply mind linked my father, perhaps the pack was carried away by the party hence no one felt their presence.

Suddenly I was grabbed by a really strong hand and when I looked up I realized it must be the Rogue, he had shifted into an ugly looking man,  and kept wiggling me in the air while I kept clawing and hitting and crying but to no avail, gradually I was loosing air,  that's when I heard a really loud roar that simply changed everything, my father came for me, gladly I was flinged to the side and there ensued the biggest fight I'd witnessed in my life time.

I'd known that Clair was a Seer from the day she was dropped off and I had seen her in the pack house's main door as a toddler, my give or take was that she was probably a day or two old, she was there with a note in her blanket, it was short but detailed. it read:
    
         Dear Alpha Eddie, if you are reading this then you must have seen the baby, I beg in the Goddesses name that you please take her in and treat her as your own, for the purpose of safety I am left with no choice but to leave her with you because I know you will keep her safe as you have kept your territory, I will trust you by telling you that she will not grow to be the regular werewolf,
In times to come she will become the only Seer in the werewolves community, I'm sure you know there aren't any left, she will be a white wolf as already stated in the prophecy, you must not let her shift in the presence of those you do not trust, finally Alpha, please you must do well to train her effectively both in the way of warriors, in the way of queens, in the way of the witches and in the way of the old and new gods.    Guard her with your life alpha because in the joy that emanates from her will you experience bountiful times that'll bring about great prosperity in your pack but in pain will you experience loss, poverty, deprivation and unimaginable lack..
      May the gods bless you abundantly and may you enjoy all that comes with her presence exceedingly."

I was shocked because in my long life I never expected to see anything like this least of all even be in the situation , after reading the letter I simply hid it away and called my wife and thankfully she was excited to take the baby in as our own but for some reason I didn't feel the urge or need to show her the note..    

We had moved on and had learned to treat Clair like our own, gave her the best things of life,  I couldn't really train her in the other ways yet but I made sure she was the best warrior in the pack after Cole of course only because he was of alpha blood and the next alpha too.

she never failed to impress everyone with her wit, poise and the kind of elegance she adorned even in the face of trouble,  I may not know her true origins but I was more than happy to be everything she needed in life, she never failed to surprise me every time,  her relationship with the pack was quite impressive too.

the elders had even once considered making her the next alpha instead of Cole, but I had turned them down because I knew that a day would come when she would need to go out there and find her true origins, when such a time would come I didn't want her been held back because she felt responsible for the pack and everything else.

I had began making provisions so that when the time would come when she would need to go out there and be who she was born to be she would be comfortable in every way possible, secondly I didn't let them go any further with that plan because I didn't want to create any unnecessary issues between my children, especially over something like that. 

I knew that Moon had a deep rooted dislike for Cole and his wolf, I had bonded with Moon as my pup, hence I could feel everything she felt, and I could hear the unpleasant humming of her soul whenever Cole was close, it was for reasons like that I tried my best to make them both comfortable so they don't have reasons to be on each other's throat.
