TRAINING

CLAIRE'S POV :--

I didn't realize when my angel left but I was excited at the promise that I would finally get to have Moon back, I had really missed her, if she were here and got to be that close to the king I can't even begin to imagine her vile thoughts and imaginations.  oh speaking of the king, I needed to freshen up and get ready for training.

I stretched my body a little, then got up and went to take a bath, after which I turned to the clock that was on the wall and realized it was barely 4:am. I brushed my teeth, had my bath and brushed my packaged trouble for hair, I had to put it in a neat and tight ponytail.

I wore the dress from yesterday since I didn't come up with anything then I proceeded to the room the betas decided to share and to my surprise they were up and ready, then suddenly the king came inside too, we exchanged greeting, Will and Stan hugged me and kissed my forehead, but the king only hugged me to my utmost disappointment, at least a kiss from his soft lips would be perfect, what was I thinking.

I quickly pulled away to clear my thoughts and focus on the task at hand, they all looked at me and asked why I was dressed like that, I explained that I didn't come to the pack house with my clothes so I'd need to go back to my room to change, but suddenly Stan went into his backpack and pulled out a black jogger and a really cute sport bra and a black sneaker, and asked me to try it on, we all gave him the look as if to ask why he had female clothes in the first place, he said he got it cause he liked it but now that he found me I could rock them instead, we definitely didn't buy that but it's fine, I was really happy with his words but had to get ready before I would cry again.

I excused myself and went into the bathroom, to my utmost surprise the outfit suite me just right, it looked perfect so I came back out and they just kept whistling like the first day I met them except for the King, he just stared at me like I was the only thing in the world, I began to blush because no one had stared so appreciatively at me before, I almost purred in satisfaction but held it in.

After a while they all said it was time to train and honestly I couldn't wait to finally show off in front of the King and his warriors, I was more than happy, gosh I hope this is my life everyday.

We got into the clearing only to be met by Mandy, alpha Cole and Kylon the supposed replacement of Will, they saw the King and immediately stopped all they were doing and came forward to greet the king..

"Good morning your Majesty*"
I hope you enjoyed your sleep and you got to rest properly " alpha Cole said bowing to the King..

" Good morning to you too, yes I had a really wonderful night, in fact before I went to bed I was accompanied by Claire here whose company made it all the better, I'm pleased to be here alpha Cole and I cannot wait to leave with the two most wonderful gifts I have gotten from you, please continue with whatever you were doing before I got here" The King replied looking stern and cold as usual, without even a glimpse of any emotion attached except for the slight Smirk he had when he was talking about "his two most wonderful gifts" earlier.

"Awww, good morning my king, you should have called for me if you needed company that much, I would have happily done so for you, I could have told you stories and even done more my King"
Mandy purred, if you ask me I'd say that's exactly what she was doing, suddenly stepping forward from the back of the Alpha, her petty speech making the king and his friends roll their eyes at her and her fake pout. How petty.

" Mandy, I didn't notice you back there, first off no one can do a better job than Claire did last night, secondly I don't peg you to be the type to wake up this early to train or even exercise, one would easily think you prefer to have your beauty sleep and just enjoy life". The King replied oh sorry he clapped back with a slight hint of irritation in his voice, this woman was getting on his nerves without working hard.
