CLAIRE'S P.O.V

          My emotions have been all over the place cause by the goddess I am unsure of how much more I can endure,   Mandy whom I thought was my best friend accused me now of trying to seduce her crush who happened to be the beta of our park.

the beta  was the only one who would give me food whenever they were too busy to notice, he would send a guard to sneak up to my cottage at night to deliver the food,  I had gone to his office to thank him but Mandy barged in and started screaming and punching me straight in the face, before I could explain myself my mom rushed in and said she believed Mandy.

Brethren in this moment I am chained to a poll of silver with my body been whipped real hard by two pack warriors, I'm definitely finished...
I was so lost in my thoughts and pains but managed  noticed some footsteps coming into my cell  also known as my new room.

it was Alpha Cole, the devil I didn't know was still around since the last time he attempted to rape me,  he did try to rape me but suddenly he was distracted by goddess knows what..
       
    " Hello Claire, you are looking real good today, we could do great things in that position, really. " Cole Taunted.

    " how may I help you douche?  (yeah I have a death wish honestly)
I really am in the middle of an activity here "   I strained in hopes of getting a clearer view of him cause I was unable to see him clearly.

     "Anyways I came to set you free, today is not the day I plan on touching you by any means, there's been a letter from the king, he will  be making his annual visits hence we need to be prepared, he never got to visit our pack during his previous visits, I guess I am finally about to be graced by his presence, you will be in charge of cleaning up the pack, cooking every meal, sewing a lot of new blankets for the rooms you will be getting ready, lastly you will come and give me some vision about the outcome of his visit.

Oh and Clair?  you have three days to do all I've said, I'd really love to find Favour in the sight of the king."
he winked and started walking away, the idiot had the guts to wink
   
      "Yes alpha I'll get on it"    I replied while the guard was trying to release me from the poll, only problem is that I am unsure of how I will manage to even walk to my room so I could clean up.

   

DAY ONE:                                        It's the first day out of the three days I was given, I have managed to clean the entire pack house, each room that would be suitable for our guests, I didn't need to sew any blankets cause I had more than a dozen I had knit over the months,  I cleared and watered the grasses , and finally set up meal courses and schedules and for the first time most ladies in the pack agreed to help me serve, though I'm sure it's because they will get up close and personal to the king, well at least it kinda favors me so it's alright.

DAY   TWO:
        Today I have managed to buy all the ingredients I will be needing, different kinds of juice and tea, I've been able to prepare the juice, the tea, and even the snacks so I can have time to cook proper meals later...

I just finished preparing lemonades and I decided to sit and relax a. Little but then I started getting blurry visions, usually I would need to focus but in this case the more I tried the more it became blurry, so I decided I'd summon my angel tonight besides its been a while so I need to see her once again..

I guess I was so lost in my thought that I didn't notice my mother walk in, she stopped me from calling her mom the day dad died, so I simply called her Luna..

      "I never knew you had the need to ever think , if you had thought this much back then my mate would still be beside me but no, the almighty  Clair Would rather sit and cry like the coward and over pampered weak puppy that she is, go on honey let them tears keep falling, you are worth absolutely nothing, you are a filthy mutt, even the moon goddess knows that, it's why out of all the gifts that I hear white wolves usually have, all you got was the gift of seeing , you can't even do that right Claire.

I came here for a reason, and that's to tell you that if either of the kings entourage should need your little vision, make sure not to do anything till you collect the dues, I can't go broke because you decided to be the werewolves mother Theresa, now get your lazy ass up and continue with your duties "    she said leaving the kitchen and I continued with my pity party..

       "Yes Luna."    I whispered while crying my eyes out,  it's been almost four years and she still blames me for the death of my father, sometimes I blamed myself as well because if only I had remained inside and endured a little more, maybe he would still be alive, he wouldn't have let all this happen to me, he would have made it better, I would have been among those girls who are giving the opportunity to visit the packs just so they could search for their mates.

But then over the Years I had realized that it wasn't entirely my fault, it could have been anyone out there that night and dad would have still gone to their rescue, he would have still done exactly the same thing, I still wish it was different though .
