CHAPTER ONE: Arrangement

LESLEY

I was assigned as a marksman at the same time as an assassin for one of my skills to comaflauge. I'm heading towards the Academy at the marksman building. A random blonde girl with long pigtails heading towards me.

"Hi, there!" She smiled sweetly at me. I don't want to be rude so I manage to keep my attitude.

"Hi." I greeted back and also smiled at her.

"I see that you're new around here. I guess you're a new hero for the future of the land of dawn!" She happily said and pointed to the building that resembles an emblem of a user marksman.

"Land of dawn?" Asking myself. She looked at my badge and pouted.

"What's the matter..ur.." Well, I don't exactly know her name. "Layla." She said not breaking her smile.

"Right...Layla." I kept that in mind.

"Why do you also have an assassin badge?" She asked. Oh right. I saw her badge and she's fully marksman herself.

"I have skills. To comaflauge." I muttered as she nodded. "Do you need any help perhaps?" She kindly asked. I nodded with agreement.

She asked me to follow her as I did what she said. She toured me around the building as we have different sections of each marksman. The building was too huge that made my question an answer.

"You might think that this building was too big as the sections were too small fitted with this building, right?" Well, she guessed it. I slowly nodded.

"Well, there are dorms. It can have rooms for two marksmen but as they have no social with other people, they can have solo rooms for themselves." I grinned.

"Where do I stay?" I asked. "I think it depends on what they thought of you that should fit for you." I followed her towards a Room and I guessed it was the Headmaster of the Marksman HQ.

"Sir Yin, Lesley has arrived." Layla buttered and look at me as a sign I should walk inside.

"Ah. Thanks for your help. Layla." Layla bowed and she whispered at me that she will wait for me outside.

"Lesley Vance. Thank you for coming here. As you see. Your also an assassin. But we still planning where will be your dorm at but before that. We will test your skills. Later on, You have half of the classes at this building and after that, your heading to the Assassin Headquarters. You have the same classes as WanWan, Claude, Miya, and everyone else," I slowly nodded and take that note.

"There's still a new guy here. He hasn't officially still recognize as he kept holding a violin case." Sir Yin added. A violin case? There's no music class around here. I shook my head and forget about it.

"Any questions. Miss. Vance?" I thought to myself if there was something in my mind. I shook my head as my response.

"You're dismissed then." I stand up and bowed.

I got out and went for Layla who was waiting for me. "You with Miya?" I nodded slowly.

"Aw. So lucky!" I wondered why but I didn't bother to ask. We headed straight to a strong long-range class. "See you after training then!" She waved at me smiling.

I sat down near the window at the corner since I don't bother to socialize with other people. Some other marksman got inside the classroom and socialize with each other. Sir Clint knocked on the door before entering the room.
