After coming to a realization, that I wasn't only seeing things, but I saw almost everything that happened at that house. I was fearful of what's next.

After almost most of the day out, trying to recollect my thoughts, I slowly made my way back home.

As I reached the front door of my house, I froze.

I didn't know if to tell my mother, and what's scarier than that, is I wonder if that's what my brother was seeing all the time.

I contemplated for 15 minutes if I should go inside that haunted house. I nonchalantly made my way into the house, agitated at anything I felt or heard, knowing it all wasn't a dream.

~~
A few hours have passed, and I finally decided to tell my mother. Everything.

For what felt like hours explaining to her that I wasn't crazy, she still seemed a bit disappointed in me.

"Why isn't she believing me?" I thought to myself.

"Is it because I don't have any proof, or something has to happen to her first in order for her to to believe me".

Regardless of the situation, I really started to grow frustration, annoyance and most of all disappointment. Disappointed that she didn't believe her own daughter.

Or maybe even more disappointed that she was too oblivious to everything around her, even her own son Jacob and his unearthly ways.

Regardless of the situation, I wasn't about to ignore it.
I must know what went on at this house, and the reason for and oddly looking abandoned house next door.

~~
It was about 6 o'clock, when I started to feel a bit hungry. I headed straight to the kitchen to make something to eat.

While making something to eat, I noticed Jacob standing there, just staring.

"Jacob?" I called.
"Jacob?" ....still no answer.

As I reached my hand out to touch him, he sprinted off.

~~
Later than evening, I headed straight to Jacob's room.

I busted into his room without knocking . "Jacob, we need talk?" I said.

But he wasn't there, "where was he I thought?"

"Haha"...I heard the sound of laughter coming from his bedroom closet. I slowly made my way to the closet and yanked the doors right open.

And that's when I saw Jacob, sitting there.

"Who are you talking to?" I asked.

"My friend" he responded.

But I saw no one .

"Who's your friend?" I asked.

"His name is David, and he used to live here long time ago" he responded.

Numbness all over my body, petrified, shook at what Jacob just announced to me. I can feel my eyes bulging out of my face, the hairs on my body stood tall.

Suddenly, I felt a breath of warmth behind my back, like someone's standing behind me. Slowly turning to see what it was, for the first time I saw him.

~~
David, was his name. He looked so pale, his eyes blood red and water dripping from his body. He stood there and just stared right back at me.

Then swiftly, he raised his hands up, pointing.

"What was he pointing at?" I thought to myself.

I leant my body forward to see what he was pointing at, I noticed it was the door to the bathroom.

He slowly started to walk to the direction he was pointing at, and then abruptly stopped in from the bathroom door.

As the door slowly opened, he started pointing at the tub.
I calmly made my way to see what's inside the tub, and as I turned around to see if he's there.

He wasn't.

~~
The next day, I decided I'll head to school, though I wasn't focused on school right now. I tried my hardest to ignore the mysterious accurences at my house.

Hailey: "hey, you ok?"

" Yhh, I'm just a little under the weather today" I said.

"Have you seen Marcus?" I asked.

"I think I saw him on the bench, under the tree".

"Thanks, see you later?" I asked.

"Of course", she replied.

It's been a while since I found a friend like Hailey's, I'm glad I did, she really was good to me.

~~
It was still lunch time, when I decided I'll go check on Marcus.

I saw him sitting exactly where Hailey described to me.

"Hey you" I said.

"Hi"...

"You ok?" I asked.

Marcus: Can I ask you something?

"Uhh sure", I replied.

What made you guys move to that house?....

"What?" I thought to myself.

Well.. After my father died, we didn't have much and my mother wasn't her self. One day she left home and didn't come back til 3 days later. That evening she seem pretty happy to announced that we're moving.

"He squints"

Yh I was just as confuse as you are too.

Nevertheless, two days later we arrived at that house and we've been living there for the past 6 months now.

"Why, what's wrong?"  I asked.

Marcus: babe, some terrible things have happened at that house and I just want you to be safe. I didn't want to scare you, but I couldn't hold it in much longer.

Words were unable to escape my lips, I mean, almost everyone knew of the happenings in that house and didn't tell us anything.

"Umm...and the abandoned house next door, who used to live there?" I asked.

Marcus: Sighhh, well aft...

"Pling Pling" the sound of the bell rang, which caused Marcus story to cut short.

Marcus: I think we should head to class. See you later ok.

"Muah" he kisses me, and we both went to our classes.

~~
During the class, I couldn't focus on anything the lecturer was talking about. I saw the movements of her mouth, but couldn't hear anything she was saying.

"Emily", she snapped.

"Is there something more important than my class, that causes you to lose focus? She questioned.

"No", I'm sorry, I replied.

~~
It was already home time, and I was impatiently waiting for Marcus to arrival. I needed to know what happened at the house next door, who lived there and why I keep seeing things.

After waiting for about 15 minutes, he finally appeared.

I was so suspenseful to hear what had arise at the house.

Before Marcus could even reach me, the unthinkable happened.
