Milk and Yogurt ♔ Kageyama Tobio x Reader

Prologue

Kageyama's POV

After our game, Sawamura-san invited us to watch the girl's volleyball team's match. Which I thought was irrelevant considering our girls already lost the match after the first game. While Hinata considered it to 'kill time'.

As we entered the court's upperbox seats we were welcomed with a loud cheering of a familiar team. 

"Aoba Johsai..." Asahi-san whispered. Surprisingly, majority of the crowds were men cheering to a specific team. "Aahhh~ (l/n)-san's so hot!" the man swooned. Isn't he supposed to be cheering at Dateko?

We sat beside the seat area of Dateko while Aoba Johsai was seating across the court. Before I could sit, a loud cheering echoed the court once again. 

"ike ike ike ike ike seijou!" shouted almost majority of the crowds. "Damn...that ace is killing it." Suga-san thought. "You mean number (j/n)?" Noya-san asked. "She's getting through the blocks of Dateko without any hindrance." Tsukishima pointed out. 

"Even Dateko's girl's are also known for their wall thing?" Sawamura-san asked. "They are, they're living up to that persona it seems like." Ukai-san explained.

I finally stood up and looked for number (j/n). 

After a few scan I finally found her. From the looks of her body she was athletic, her body had a good composition. Coincidentally, she was at the back for defense. I took a glimpse of her spike, which was pretty good, but I still wanted to check her skills.

Dateko attacked with a fast pipe, that even caused me shock, but in my surprise, she was able to receive such a fast attack. "Hey hey hey~ Eyeing number (j/n), Kageyama?!" Tanaka-san teased.

"W-what?! I was just looking at her form!" I looked away, "That's what they all say." Hinata also teased. "Tsk."

After a few minutes, Dateko's spirit was already decreasing as Aoba Johsai's points went up, I decided to come down and watch by the bars as the unnecessary thirsty comments by the crowds toward's Johsai's number (j/n) was starting to bother me.

"Let's go!" her voice echoed in the court, despite the continuous drip of her sweat from her forehead, she still looked energized and calm.

"I gotta say, her teammates are pretty good but it looks like she's carrying the whole game on her shoulder." Asahi commented. 

"(Y/n)'s so cool! I might fall for her!" another man commented from afar,

If I was being honest, she is pretty good-looking, a talented and skillful person like her can make anyone fall for her.

In a blink of an eye they were already in match point. One more and Johsai's taking home the victory. Dateko as usual, tried to block Johsai's spikes, fortunately they were able to bounce off the ball from their palms.

Despite the close gap of Johsai and Dateko, number (j/n) remained composed and smiled through out. "Don't mind!" I read on her lips.

It was her turn to serve the ball again, and as usual it went in with great power, almost the receiver failed to receive it, but fortunately they were given a chance ball. Dateko used back pipe to attack but Johsai already read it. I felt my heart stop as the setter was about to toss the ball, yet a familiar move was presented...

Number 3 jumped with a spiking motion as Dateko tried to block her, yet there was no ball in front of her, it turns out they used her as a decoy! In the middle of their jump number (j/n) was already ready to jump while running from the center of the court, without hesitation, the setter tossed a quick to number (j/n) and in a blink of an eye, the ball was already bouncing on the other side of the court, as the crowd heard the echo of the slamming of the ball from the palm.

"YES!" A girl from Aoba Johsai shouted, following by the loud shouting of the crowd.

"Hey isn't that..." "Kageyama and Hinata's freak quick." Ukai-san cut Daichi-san off. While the crowd was having a ruckus, our team was left dumbfounded...

O-our quick...but how?!

I eyed number (j/n) and it turns out she was also looking at the area of where were at, I wasn't sure if she was looking at us or someone else, but I saw her sigh and left.
