News Article: Crime on the rise in Los Angeles. Mayor is calling for a meeting with F.B.I.
I patiently waited for Tommy to join me for our monthly morning sitdown, reading over the news article. You can't say that three times fast! Normally, we discuss school, but this time, our only topic will be businesses, specifically MAFIA Business.
A few days ago, we received a call from the Godfather, explaining the events of one of our warehouses being attacked. The problem is, this warehouse doesn't exist on any official paperwork. How did 'whoever' find out about something that doesn't exist?
He can't unless he's working from within.
I feel like before moving forward with any business, I had to cover all 4 of my corners. My brothers need to know we're under attack. If the lines of communication go silent, our aggressor will become louder. I was in the window of Memes Diner; a mafia-only place, if you will.
I'm eagerly anticipating my next misadventure. This morning, I made the fourth attempt to reach my brother. I kept a close eye on the parking lot, which was unusually crowded. I suppose Geno is busy renovating the parking lot. However, I can't afford any risks; I can never be too certain, and that's why I parked right in the front.
