"Starting tomorrow, whatever life throws at me, I'm ducking so it hits someone else."
It took us a couple of days to learn Easy's general routine.
After practice, Easy would stick around to talk to the captain, Noah, about things he liked or wanted corrected.
By this time everyone would be leaving the school. When Noah left, he stayed behind to do some exercises alone and when he was done, the rest of his devotees would also leave.
By the time he goes to shower, the school would be empty except for one or two nerds that would linger around. When he was done, everyone would be gone and he would walk to his classy car, rev up his engine and go home.
With this information, I put my plan into action.
While, Easy was taking his shower. Peyton entered the boys locker room and found his phone, took all the towels in the locker room, his gym attire and change of clothes too.
I took his gym bag and replaced the stolen clothes with a new attire and quickly hid the gym bag somewhere near the locker room. I did all this, while Peyton and Stella went on to the next phase of the plan.
The only problem was his dog.
Easy literally took the damned thing everywhere.
Stella luckily knew a thing or two about dogs and brought some treats to lure it away from the entrance of the locker room, long enough for us to sneak in and get everything we needed.
The dog came back to take its position by the door when the treats had ran out. She was so full that she fell asleep.
Definitely not because the treats had Cannabis in them.
Totally.
I snuck back in past the sleeping dog with the stealth of a ballerina ninja to ensure that all of the boys had locked their lockers and if they hadn't, I was generous to lock it for them.
The hard work of being a saint. Sigh.
I tried to do all of this as quietly as possible.
By the time I was done, I was was feeling pretty self satisfied and cocky. As if the world sensed the vile states of mind, I tripped on a lone jockstrap cup and face-planted into a locker. This caused a loud 'bang!' sound.
"Hey? Who's out there?" Easy's voice came from the shower.
My eyes widened as wide as saucers when I heard him turn off the shower.
I scrambled to pick myself up and rushed out of the room. Just in a nick of time too, because Easy got out of the shower at that moment.
I waited patiently at a safe distance away from the entrance of the boys' changing rooms, while I listened to Easy shout out a chain of threats. However, the boy remarkably managed not to curse.
