Chapter 36.

Author's POV:

Just as what they planned, everyone went back to the Philippines. Iranz was twice excited than Gemini. He kept on vlogging around dahil papauwi na daw siya sa Pinas. He looked younger than her short sister, in mental aspects.

Mrs. Laurel hit Elrick. "Ano ba yan kuya. Ang likot mo."

"Kaya nga, nakakainis tingnan. Hindi ka ba nahihiya kuya? Para kang high school student. Tch."

"Ano ba yan," Elrick mumbled and put his camera back on his bag."

Sa NAIA ay naghintay na sila ng bus papuntang Caloocan. For 4 hours of land trip ay nakarating na din sila sa bahay nila. Malaki nga ang pagbabago sa bahay. Ipinarenovate kasi ito ng Mommy niya when they were out of country.

Gemini was happy to know na mas naging maganda ang bahay nila compared before. "Wahh ang ganda na my ah. How did you do all of this?"

"Well, work work work. That's it." Mrs. Laurel said.

They all went inside and put all their loggage to their rooms.

Gemini's POV:

Nakauwi na din kami sa Pinas. Nalalanghap ko na ang init at alikabok around. At least, mas comfortable na ako dito sa kuwarto na to. For one, dito ako lumaki at dito ako nag mature ng very very light. Hahaha!

I went near the window and leaned on the seal. "Hays, nakakamiss ang mga bagay bagay." OMG naalala ko ang mga pagpapapansin ko kay Black. Yung time na una kaming nagkita hanggang sa hindi ko na siya nakita pang muli. Kamusta na kaya yun? Suplado pa rin ba siya?

I sighed and went straight to my bed. I lied down and closed my eyes para sana makapagpahinga nang may bumato sa bintana. Mga maliliit na bato. Ano naman kaya ang pinaggagawa ng mga bata sa labas?

"Hoy, ano---" natulala nalang ako sa akong nakita. Nananaginip ba ako? Si...si...si...

"Iranz, pasok ka dito."

May dalang flowers si Iranz papasok sa bahay namin. What is this all about?  Diyos ko! Duh, wala kang feelings Gem, tanga ka ba?

"Gem, bumaba ka muna dito." Mom called me. Ano kaya ang gagawin ko? Napaka stressed ko pa.

Dali dali akong nag apply ng foundation at nag liptint ng kaunti para fresh ang look. Sinuklayan ko din ang buhok ko and I checked myslelf.

"Perfect."

Bumaba ako na parang stressed kunwari. Para hindi mahalatang nag prepare ako para dito.

"Gem, hi," Iranz greeted me. I waved at him like I did not prepare a lot.

"Hi, kumusta ka na?" I asked and sat with him on the couch.

"Iranz? Do you like my daughter?" Mom suddenly asked. Nahihibang ka na ba my? Bakit mo naman yan itatanong kay Iranz.

"Hindi po," Iranz answered. Ano ba yan? Ambilis mo namang magsabing 'hindi'. Ano ako? Sobrang panget para gustuhin mo? Ganon?

Aysh, nakakaloka! Nag smile nalang ako para kunwari hindi ako nasaktan.

"Ahh ganun ba, eh ano ginagawa mo dito?" Mommy asked. "Umm, mag lunch ka na with us." Mom offered.

"Okay lang tita. Actually I am here to ask Gemini for a lunch with me sa may restaurant diyan."

"You mean? Black's?" I asked.

"Bakit kailangan niyo pang lumabas?" Panay na tanong ni Mommy. Baka maging uncomfortable na si Iranz dito kaya umeksena na din ako.

"My, aalis na kami ah. Bye," I said and grabbed Iranz's arm. "Uuwi din ako after lunch my."

"Okay" sagot niya. Walang imik si kuya dahil busy siya sa video games niya. Hindi man lang niya ito binati. Kuya Elrick talaga.

We are now heading towards the restaurant. I feel a little awkward dahil sa biglaang pagbati sa akin ni Iranz. It really did surprise me. Baka may gusto tong mokong na to sa akin eh. Sorry Iranz but I am no longer in love with you.

"So how's Australia?" He asked me.

"Umm it's fine. Pero iba dito sa Pinas. Doon kasi iba ang culture. Dito, marumi, super crowded, tsaka tsismosa lahat ng tao. But there, you can freely do anything." I said and smiled at him.

"Ahh ganon ba. I think you enjoyed being there," he uttered in response.

"Oo naman. I always enjoy things kaya. Kahit saan ako mapunta noh. Pero nakakamiss din ang Pinas. Siyempre, dito ako lumaki."

"That sounds great." He opened the door for me. "Come on in."

Wala masyadong ipinagbago ang restaurant nila ni Black. Kaya I still feel like entering to the old restaurant, 3 years ago.

"What do you wanna eat?" Iranz asked.

"Anything," I said and giggled. I went to look for a seat. I saw a vacant seat and directly sat there. I signalled him that I will wait in this area. He nodded to me in response.

I waited for minutes and he came back. "Magwait nalang tayo sa order na tin" he said.

"Okay, haha," I replied.

"Don't you want to eat at my house? Dinala mo kasi ako dito eh," I talkes para hindi masyadong awkward.

"Just because," he replied. Hmmm, ano kaya ang reason niya?

I can sense the waiter coming. He started to put all the orders. I suddenly got moved when I saw my bracelet on his wrist. I immediately checked who the guy is. And I was right, it's Black Dale. He smiled at me.

He sat next to me. "How have you been, Ms. Australia?"

I still couldn't believe that I am now seeing Black Dale. I closed my eyes and opened it again. I touched his face to know if this is real.

"Black?"

"Same reaction when we first met at my house?" He chuckled. "I missed you. Long time no see."

"Oh god," I smiled and hugged him. "You're back."

"I am sorry for being so late." He said.

I get myself out of him and hit his arm. "You jerk," I blared. "You did not even told me that you'll be leaving. I was so confused back then. At hindi nga nila ako pinapansin. You should have told me the reason." I said and directly left the place. I walked away but Black held my wrist.

"Gem, I love you."
