Different Beginning

Script Reading

Joe POV

As we where pulling up to the studio the next day, we saw Demi getting out of a Taxi with Madison.

"Demi" Kevin screamed out the window scaring Her and Madison. We got out the car and they where waiting for us by the entrance 

"Good morning" Demi said first with a big smile 

"Good morning sweetie" my dad said hugging her than going to open the door for us all

"Good morning Demi, Madison how are you today" My mom said also hugging her as we all walked into the building 

"Good, Madison still a little tired" Demi said playing with Madison hair

"Awe, she excited too it's a big day to day" my mom said as we made our way up to the conference room 

"Alright when y'all get in the room sit by the chair where your character names at" Dad said as we talked into the room no one was here yet but us.

"Demi I was gonna take Frankie out for some ice cream is it okay if Madison joined" my mom asked and Madison face light up but if you look at Demi she seemed unsure, nervous about what my mom as asking

"Umm,... yea sure that sounds cool" Demi said sounding hesitant 

"Come on Mads and Frankie let's go get some ice cream" my mom said Maddie went over to Demi and gave her a hug goodbye 

"Be on your best behavior for Mrs. Jonas okay" Demi said kissing Maddie on the top of her head 

"yes Demi we'll be right back" Maddie said kissing Demi on the cheek and leaving with Frankie and my mom

"Don't be nervous, she can handle 4 boys on her own I'm sure Madi won't be trouble" I said sitting next her while my brothers sat in front of us

"I believe she's in great hands with your mom, I'm just very cautious especially when it comes to her" Demi said placing her hands under the table and on her lap

"If you don't mind me asking but what about your mom why do you always have her, she can't always be around especially when movies are being made" I said to her

"Yea I know, I'm trying to figure it out" she said not looking at me but down on the script that was on top of the table

"On your own?" I asked since she ignored my question about her mom. Before she could say anything we got interrupted by more people walking into the conference room and taking a sit at the table we where at. 

"Good morning everyone I'm Kenny Ortega I'll be the director of this movie. We'll go around the table say your name and Characters name starting with our lead star" Kenny said than Demi went right after he did we went around the table and ended at Kevin. 

After we introduced ourself we began reading the script after the first reading we went to lunch my mom came back and  bought us all McDonald's we ate in the conference room getting to know each other after lunch we did a second reading with Kenny telling us to add notes in certain places for certain characters during each line so it took awhile. We where there longer than I thought we'll be. Luckily tomorrow we'll be in the recording studio all day. When we finished our last reading everyone slowly went home including us. 

Denise POV

When we got home the boys went there separate ways and so did Paul and I we went to our bed room to change into more comfortable clothes. 

"I had a nice little chat today with Madison at the ice cream shop" I said to Paul who was in the closet  changing and I was on the bed

"Oh yea, they both seem like great kids Madison so energetic but Demi,... she's quite" my husband said coming out the closet already in pajamas 

"Yea we'll get this I wasn't trying to ask her about there parents Madison just kinda made a comment that I was a good mom and she wished she had one but she said it low like she didn't want me to hear and when I asked her about it she said There mom pasted away just right before Demi got the roll as Charlotte on as the bell ring" 

"That explains why Madison always with Demi" my husband said sitting next to me on the bed

"Yup, and when I asked about there dad Madison said she never meet him"

"Wait,... they are living on there own"

"Yup in a motel" 

"Ryan doesn't know anything he didn't ask them"

"I'm guessing not because Madison made me pinky promise not to tell anybody" 

"What do we do" My husband asked he was such a loving person I knew he wanted more kids but after Frankie my body wouldn't left me have any more

"I don't know sweetie, I just know they can't be living by them selfs Demi 15 taking care of a 6 year old. Madi gonna have to start school soon and than what about filming for Camp Rock it's gonna be filmed in Canada" 

"Yea I know I just don't want to scare them away" 

"She's 15 Paul they can't be on there own we have more than enough empty rooms"

"What about the boys we have 4 sons to care for too"

"Like you said they are great kids 2 more wont hurt" 

"Fine, but because I don't want them in some disgusting motel" Paul said and I gave him a big kiss on the lips

"Yayy, let's go tell the boy" I said taking my husband's hand and walking to the kitchen where the boys where in there pajamas looking for a snack

"Hey boys so how do y'all like Demi and Madison they seem like great kids" Paul started

"Yea they seem cool" Kevin my oldest said opening the fridge 

"Agree I'm excited on what the future holds Demi got a great voice" Nick said checking his sugar levels 

"Don't y'all find it weird that Madison always with Demi like where are there parents. There parents can't even pick them up or drop them off at the studio" Joe said from the breakfast bar

"They are homeless" Frankie said making the 3 older boys look at him 

"homeless" they said together 

"Well kinda, I was talking to Madi today and she kinda spelled the beans. There mom died less than a year ago and Madi said she never meet there Dad" I said sitting next to Joe 

"That explains why she said she needed to figure thing out on her own I told her Madi wasn't always gonna be able to be next to her she seemed scared when I was asking her about it" Joe said 

"Madi made me swear  not to tell anyone so until we talk with Demi don't say anything to anyone" 

"Talk to Demi about what" Joe asked 

"Dad and I wanna take them I'm, Demi only 15 and filming for Camp Rock starts in less than a month in Canada Madi gonna have to start school soon too" 

"Wait move in, I'm not giving up my room unless it's Joes room" Frankie said 

"No way I'm giving my room to you" Joe said messing up Frankie Hair

"Yall don't have to give up your rooms, we have enough empty beds as it is" Paul said also eating a snack 

"I need to talk to Demi first but that extra room on the 3rd floor needs to be cleaned out y'all can move everything to the game room or the music room" I said cleaning up the mess the boys just made

"Well, Nick and Kevin don't got to go to the studio tomorrow so they can help Frankie and me clear that room out" Paul said finishing his glass of water 

"Sounds good to me" I said and the boys went back to there rooms and Paul and I went to ours to call in a night.
