  August 4 was the teen choice awards Hosted by Miley. I was excited and nervous at the same time. I was presenting with Josh Duhamel. Selena was presenting as well and the brothers where performing. I haven't seen them in 4 months of course Nick and I call and text each other everyday day. Kevin and I talk like once a week, but I haven't seen or talked to Joe. I wasn't ready to run into him. Word is him and Aj are still going strong I know I shouldn't care cause i had Cody. I'll be leaving Avril tour and joining the brothers on their tour in 2 days. I was preparing myself I missed the Jonases and I was willing to get on talking bases again with Joe so we can go back to being a family. It was weird being away from them so long. Paul did join me on my warm up tour for 2 weeks. I was glad to see him and spend time with him. 

   The red carpet started at 5 we all walked the carpet solo and meet up inside backstage before we took our seat. 

"I've missed you little bro" I said jokingly giving Nick a hug first. Even if he was taller then me he was still younger by a month. 

"Hey D, we been apart to long" Nick said I was glad to finally be in the same town as my best friend. 

"I got 1 more show with Avril than its back to being the annoying little sister" I said hugging Kevin I didn't even acknowledge Joe 

"Your the glue to this Family Demetria can't wait till your back" Kevin said 

"I am aren't I" I said. I love the brothers they gave great advice especially since I was on tour by myself well with Madi but without Adult supervisions well Max was like a second dad too. 

"So where's the littlest sibling" Nick asked referring to Madi 

"I saw Dad before walking the carpet and he took Madi to mom and Frankie I think they where already sitting" I said and Selena comes into view thank goodness 

"Hey guys" Selena said giving me a hug first then the brothers leaving Nick for last. 

"Hey Sel I'm gonna go say hi to Miley before this starts wanna come" I asked 

"I don't know I haven't talked to her since Nick and I started dating" She said 

"She's the host of this show and we all know how wild she can be come on I'll be right by your side" I said grabbing her hand "save us a seat" I told Nick taking Selena so we can find Miley. 

   I didn't want my two girl best friends at battle plus we are the face of Disney. How will the media like to see the two Disney head stars at war they won't shut up about it and I'll look bad cause I'm in the middle of it all.

"I'm sorry if I'm pressuring you but it's been like 5 months since you and Nick been dating. I don't want Miley to fell like I was choosing you over her" I said I meet Miley before Selena and Miley actually knows about Joe and I Selena doesn't know anything. 

"Yea no I totally get it, this is her night will you sit between Nick and I. I don't wanna be center of attention" Selena said as we where walking around trying to find Miley

"Sure no problem" I said I was glad to sit next to my best friend we can talk in person now even if  Selena, Kevin and Joe where right there. "I see you two are matching" I told Selena her and Nick where wearing blue 

"I promise I didn't plan it, I did tell him the color of my dress I was wearing but he never said anything that he was going to match with me" Selena said 

"Maybe he was trying to send a message to Miley 

"Maybe I just hope she ain't mad" Selena said and we went to Miley dressing room since we didn't see her back stage. We knock on her door and she let us in she had company but told them to leave so we can talk. 

"Congratulations on Hosting" I said once they all left and giving Miley a hug 

"Thanks, we been practicing all week I'm just glad to finally get it over with" Miley said 

"The show going to be great, I saw the stage it looks cool" I said 

"Thanks I'm pumped for it" Miley said 

"We just came by to wish you luck and give our congrats. I'm sure the Host is busy" I said jokingly 

"Not right now I have a few minutes, I'm glad my best friend is here" Miley said 

"Yea Selena and I just wanted to make sure we where okay and your not mad at me" I said looking at Selena 

"No girl, we are the holy trinity of Disney, boys come and go I'm really glad you both came by we gotta do a girls night" Miley said giving us both a hug 

"For sure, and again I'm sorry I didn't mean to take Nick from you so fast" Selena said 

"It's okay I'm over him, I started dating a girl she's my back up dancer from tour" Miley said 

"What, and I haven't meet her" I said shocked 

"You been on tour miss rock star" Miley said 

"You both need to come to a show will be in New York in less than 2 weeks" I told them both 

"I'm free" Miley said 

"Me too let's make it a surprise don't even tell  Nick" Selena said to me

"Awesome Cool I won't I'll let Paul know though so we can get you both some passes" I said excited 

"Me too, but right now I gotta do Host duty's. Feel free to help yourself out with anything in here the bathroom too cause the one out there always has a line" Miley said and left the room. 

   Miley was right. We used the bathroom and touched up our makeup before we meet with the boys in our seat. Nick looked at me weird when I sat between him and Selena. So I told him why Selena wanted to switch. 

   The award show was so much fun and was my first big appearance. During the brothers performance Selena was standing in the back side stage I excused myself to go to the 'bathroom' but ended up going to Miley dressing room. She was in there changing for the last half of the show. 

"Hiding to huhh" Miley asked once she saw me come in 

"Yea, I'm going to die on Tour" I said Miley laughed She know how I feel about when Joe preforms

"I don't know what's wrong with me. Cody and I are great I haven't talked to Joe in 4 months but every time I see him doing something he loves gets me going" I said making Miley laugh more 

"It's cause you love him, don't worry I won't tell Cody" Miley said 

"I'm the worse girlfriend ever, I have to break up with Cody huh" I asked 

"You know he's head over heels for you. Don't break his heart like Joe broke yours" Miley said 

"Bitch" I said jokingly and throw a pillow at her 

"I'm just spitting the truth or stay with Cody invite him to a few shows make Joe jealous" Miley said 

"That's why your my best friend" I said laughing and giving her a hug again 

"Am I or is Selena" Miley said oops there it is 

"Stop. Miles you  are she doesn't even know about Joe and I only you and Nick and I go to you for advice cause Nick is always shutting it down" I said 

"If it can't happen now doesn't mean it won't happen later" She said she really was an old soul. 

"Thanks Miles your the best, come to New York for sure I wanna celebrate my birthday with my girls" I said hugging her one last time before exiting before making my way back to our seats where Selena was at by herself. 

"That girls line is long huh" Selena asked 

"Yea. It's ridiculous. I heard the boys from the bathroom so that's always a good thing they sounded great" I said 

   The show ended at 10. Miley was having an after party but I had already told her in advance I had to leave that night to do my last show in Canada on Avril tour tomorrow she understood. The brothers also had a flight. Madi went with Denise and Paul since I was only going to be gone for a day.
