Demi POV
Vacation in the Bahamas was so much fun that the days went to quick. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. We did everything from jet ski to swimming with dolphins to pranking each other all vacation. There was a night where Kevin, Layla Joe and I got the idea that once Nick feel asleep the brothers will carry him out and throw him in the pool. They got me when we where walking out our hut Nick tripped me and I ended up falling off the walk way and into the ocean. Man I was pissed I lost my phone and wallet I didn't talk to Nick or the brothers for a few hours. It was really funny when we officially welcomed Layla to the family before we had a nice dinner on the beach for her Joe came up with the best prank it was our last day in the Bahamas. Layla was in the shower we found her hair brush and put pink paint on it and put it back before she got out the shower. Layla had blond hair at the moment so when she started brushing her hair the pink caught on pretty well we didn't put a lot of paint so when she was done she had patches of pink in her hair it could of looked better if she didn't have the patches. It was hard to get Layla mad she was always so happy with a good attitude I kinda wish I was like that. She took the prank pretty well she loved it so much when we got back home she decided to color all her hair pink. It looked really cool.
Today was the day Oprah and her camera crew were coming over to the house for that family home interview. I've been nervous for a lot of different events over the past 2 years since I am still knew to it all but for this interview I was more than nervous I was kinda scared about it. This interview is not about just me and Madi, Its about the brothers too I don't wanna take all the attention away or get to much into details. This interview was about us kids living out our dreams and still being a family under the spotlight. Her crew got here an hour before she did for set up and to get shoots around the house.
"I'm actually nervous" Paul said sitting next to me at the island we were the only ones eating breakfast. Denise was getting Madi and Frankie ready and the boy too where still getting ready.
"Me too I think I might throw up" I said playing with my food I wasn't really eating
"If you start throwing up, I'll start throwing up" He said
"Shouldn't I be used to interviews by now" I asked still playing with my food
"Yea but this is different the camera in our home all up and personal" Paul said
"Yup that's why I'm gonna go throw up" I said and just left back up to my room before this starts.
I thought coming down having a normal breakfast with Paul and Denise would help ease me but it didn't. When I got up stairs to my room I went for the bathroom and throw up till I couldn't no more once I started I couldn't stop. Joe came in and held my hair back trying to help me stop. Eventually I did.
"I'm sorry you gotta see me like this" I said sitting on the toilet once I closed the lid and flushed it
"Nervous?" He asked and I just knocked my head
"Don't worry you know how to do interviews, besides if you need help I'll be right there" Joe said with a wink
"Thanks, so make sure you sit across from me so I can see you" I said we where doing the interview in our living room we had a big o u shaped couch that had room for everyone
"Promise" Joe said and left the bathroom
I freshen up re did my make up I even changed my outfit because I felt like I still smelled like throw up still and I didn't have time to take a shower.
Oprah got to the house around 10 that morning Paul and Denise greeted her by the door they had us all wait on the sofa so we can start this interview in a few minutes. It's a home interview on our couch so I got a blanket for Madi and I to share. Once we all greeted Oprah we talked for a bit so we were all comfortable before we began.
