Over the next month I've just been at the house. Miley finally came home from touring she spent a few days with her family before coming over and staying a week at the house with me before I leave to go shoot the movie. Denise and Paul didn't mind her and Noah staying the night. It was fun having her around she would invite a few people over and well go down to the beach or just watch movies in the living room since the theater still wasn't done. Travis come by too, to hang out with us. I even meet one of her co stars. Cody Linley he was a sweet guy and to find out he actually had a huge crush on me we did exchange numbers he was a good looking guy. Nothing ever did get crazy at the house. Max my bodyguard/ driver was so cool. He understood that I was a teenager and teenage like being with there Friends more than family sometimes he'll take Madi out for a few hours so she wouldn't be bored when Noah wasn't here and I had company.
March 14 was the first day of filming Princess Protection Program In Puerto Rico. Max, Layla, Madi and myself flew out a few days before so we can meet the cast and do a script reading. Filming in Puerto Rico was amazing we didn't get many days off but when we did we tried to go out and do some site seeing. Filming only took 5 weeks the cast and crew where amazing making this movie easy to shoot. I'm surprised we finished so quick most of us still had to juggle schooling as well.

On April 8 I got invited to the Disney upfront Presentation. It was a two day event in New York. The first day I just performed a few songs in front of Disney executives the second day was just a little photo shoot and interview. After the two days I went back to Puerto Rico for the last week of filming PPP.
The Brothers last show was on March 22 In LA. Filming for Princess Protection Program ended on April 18. Madi and I where all excited to go home since they should be done with the remodeling. Plus Madi mostly missed Frankie they where best friends and I didn't wanna admit it but I missed all the brothers as well it was fun being the only girl besides Denise and Madi to really push there buttons in a a sister way. We all flew back to California the next day, but Max we where giving him a paid vacation till I needed him to come back when I start my warm up tour in June.
Once we landed in California Kevin and Dani came to pick up me, Madi and Layla. I got to know Layla really well over the past month she was a complete sweetheart wouldn't even hurt a fly she kinda reminded me of Dani. I got to find out once Layla graduated with her Masters her Mom got sick then ended up having a slow death. Once her mother passed away her father was not doing well mentally and physically. He ended up getting sick as well and drank himself to death. Which is why Layla couldn't have a normal Job she had both her parents to take of for 2 years. When her parents did pass they left her a little money to take care of herself but that didn't last long. She needed a job fast but the school year had already started. She was great full when Denise gave her a call she jumped at the opportunity right way. When she meet Denise she knew in her guts she can trust her so Layla told her about her situation and that's when Denise opened up her home for her. Denise really was an Angel sent down to care for all.
Once we got to the house Paul came out and helped Kevin with the bags.
"Welcome home girls. How was Puerto Rico?" He asked us
"Beautiful we need to go back and vacation there" I said as we made our way inside. Nick meet us in the foyer
"Welcome home" Nick said giving us each a hug. "Don't freak out" Nick said in my ear quietly
"Come everyone in the kitchen" Paul said as we dropped our bags. Everyone?? Who else was here. I wonder as we went to the Kitchen.
Denise was cooking at the stove. Frankie was watching tv in the living room and Joe was sitting at the Island with some girl.
"Welcome home girls" Denise said noticing us come in. Joe face looked like he just saw a ghost when we saw us come in. Madi and I went over and gave Denise a hug.
"Are you girls hungry" Denise asked
"I am the airport messed up my order I couldn't eat my food" Layla said coming and hugging Denise
"I'm hungry" Madi said than went to Frankie
"Demi are you hungry" Denise asked I couldn't concentrate who the fuck was sitting next to Joe.
"No I'm good" I said
"Joe don't be rude introduce them to your girlfriend" Paul said. GIRLFRIEND? Man I was instantly pissed I was trying my hardest not to show it my face was getting red. Nick noticed and came by my side.
"Umm,... This is Aj" Joe said awkwardly
"Hi, it's nice to meet you" She said reaching her hand out to shake mine. My arms where crossed. I uncrossed one just to shake her hand lightly hardly touching her.
"Hi, I'm Layla" Layla said once They shock hands breaking the awkward silence.
"You girls go get settled in, Layla your room is ready just pick anyone, Lunch will be ready in a bit" Denise said and I rushed out the Kitchen going towards my bags and Nick was following close behind me. Getting Madi bags.
"D, I'm so sorry" Nick said once we where already on the stairs out of ear site from all.
"For what your brother being a Fucking pig" I said pissed. I was so pissed I was on the edge of almost crying. A tear feel from my face but I was trying to keep a brave face.
"Honestly yes, I didn't even know till she came over today" Nick said and we reach my room and we just left the bags on the floor.
"Thank you for your help, but can I just be alone" I said with so much sadness in my voice
"Sure, Kevin and Dani are going on a double date with them later they invited me but I told them I didn't wanna 3rd wheel or 5th wheel and I would only go if you went with me" He said and I just gave him a 'your kidding right' look.
"Sorry I asked, maybe I'll take Layla so she can get out the house" Nick said
"I just wanna be alone, just tell everyone I'm jet legged and I'm going to take a nap" I said opening my suite case not looking at Nick.
"Okay, just shoot me a text if you need anything" He said
When he left my room and closed the door. Tears instantly feel from my face. Man I was an idiot. I knew Joe and I said we'll stop what we where doing but I just didn't think he'll have a girlfriend so quick and we talked about Not bringing our significant other here to the house. I was so pissed I wanted to rage. I didn't know how to calm down, so I just went for a shower and man was it a long shower.
Later that night I was out on the roof alone sitting there on a lawn chair just watching the waves in the ocean.
"Hey" I heard Joe say from my bedroom doors that lead to the roof. I didn't say anything I quickly wipe the tears from my face.
He came closer to me and sat in the chair beside me.
"Can we talk" he asked, but I just got up without saying a word and walked inside closing the doors behind me. Hopefully he was smart enough to leave his window open so he can get back in. I got into my bed with Madi and tired to get some sleep I was tossing and turning all night.
