Chapter 5: The Serious Discussion with Katie

After Ryder and the Pups talked with Skye for a while, Ryder signaled Katie that he wanted to talk to her in Private, Katie nodded, and they both went outside the Hospital Room.

Katie: Hey Ryder, what do you want to talk to me about?

Ryder: Hey Katie, Look, I Want to talk to you about what happened to Skye.

Katie: Okay, What is it?

Ryder: I think one of my Pups tried to kill Skye on Purpose today.

Katie: You think so, Are you sure that it might not have been someone else, like maybe Jake or Carlos?

Ryder: No, because I had Security Cameras in the Lookout, and Jake and Carlos didn’t do anything last night, they were just sleeping with me, but I did find one of my Security Camera’s broken, the one that showed where the Pups eat. I think one of my Pups did this on Purpose, so that he or she didn’t get caught while poisoning Skye’s food.

Katie: But.., What if Skye poisoned herself? Just so we would get worried about her, and won’t get Suspicious of her?

Ryder: Well,.. That may be the Case too, I Don’t Know who I can trust now, because if I make one Wrong Move or Accusation, I could be risking even more of the Pups lives or even mine! I think one of them wants to Kill me and all of the Other Pups one by one slowly.

Katie: Oh my Goodness, so, what are you going to do about it?

Ryder: Well, I need you to help me keep an eye for the next few days on all of my Pups, anyone of them could have done this, and who knows what that Mysterious Pup will do next.

Katie: Okay Ryder, I will help you.

Ryder: But also, when you Spy on them, tell me if you find anything Suspicious, and make sure no one sees you spying on them, this is very Risky.

Katie: You got it, you can always count on me Ryder. (Places her Hand on his Shoulder)

Ryder blushed a bit, and touched Katie’s Hand.

Ryder: Thanks for helping me with this Katie.

Katie: Anytime Ryder!
