Today wasn’t really a Nice day in Adventure Bay, because at the Adventure Bay Church, there was a casket, and inside the casket, was the PAW Patrol’s Leader, Ryder, all of the Adventure Bay Citizens were wearing black, and all of them were showing Friendly faces towards the PAW Patrol Pups, even Mayor Humdinger, and some of the PAW Patrol’s Past Enemies were there, and also showing Friendly Faces towards them, but Katie just stood on one of the benches, just silent and frozen, she didn’t cry, but you could tell she was really Heartbroken, even when some of the Pups tried to comfort her, she still didn’t seem to move, or even talk, The Pups knew that she needed more time to heal, slowly, Chase walked over to Katie with something in his mouth and gave it to her, it was Ryder’s Pup-Pad.
Chase: I just think Ryder would want you to have it, and I don’t know how to thank you, for always standing by his side.
Katie then finally gave a small smile to Chase and patted him on the head.
Katie: You don’t have to Thank me, and thanks, anyway, someone is going to have to take care of you Pups, and I will take care of you for the rest of my Life.., That is.., If you are okay with Cali being in the Lookout.
Chase: Of Course, you are always welcome, and your right, we do need you.
Katie: And the Pups need you to lead them.
Chase: Yeah.., Ryder actually made me the Leader before he went after Rocky, and I will never let him down.
Chase then started to get emotional, and Katie hugged Chase and comforted him.
Katie: Shhh.., It’s going to be alright, I’ll take care of all of you.
After a while, Katie and Chase let go of the hug, and the Funeral service started, after Ryder’s Funeral, all of the PAW Patrol Pups took a Final stand for their fallen Leader, Chase was at the Front, with Marshall and Skye right behind him, then followed by Rubble and Zuma, and then by, Everest and Tracker, and finally by Tuck, Ella and Rex, all of the PAW Patrol Pups bowed their heads down.
Chase: Goodbye Ryder, the Greatest Leader of all.
Meanwhile…
Rocky was at the Adventure Bay Prison, staying in there was driving him crazy, and he deeply regretted what he did, but he knew, that there was no going back, but from far, he could see all of the PAW Patrol Pups leave the Funeral, and Rocky said to himself…
Rocky: I really messed up, and this sucks.
