Rocky escaped away from Adventure Bay, and was in a Secret Place in Foggy Bottom.
Rocky: Darn it, Now Ryder and those stupid Pups now who I am, I’ve got to come up with a plan…(To Himself) Ryder… I Just wanted to be treated better, You treat some of your Pups better than others, I have done for you so much, and you always took me for granted, instead you took me for granted, and you gave your “Favorite” Pup Chase the most attention.
Rocky then began Brainstorming some ideas…
Rocky: (To Himself): Maybe I should Pupnapp Chase, that will get Ryder’s attention for sure, but…, Chase is a Very Strong and Skeptical Pup, so… That may not be the best choice…
Rocky then started thinking really hard, and finally, he came up with what he would call, his best Idea.
Rocky: Oh, I know, there is a Certain Pup that Chase has feelings for, and Ryder would also want to get back just as bad… (Evilly Laughing), The Aviator Pup of the Group… Skye, I will her Pupnapp her, she is actually very weak, and she probably wouldn’t be able to fight me… Yeah, that’s what I’ll do. (Evilly Laughing)… Oh, Ryder, PAW Patrol, you will not see this coming!
And with that, Rocky left the Abandoned building, and got into his Forklift Vehicle, and headed back to Adventure Bay, to the PAW Patrol’s Lookout Tower, to Pupnapp Skye.
