Mao Mao: Hero Of My Heart! (Mao Mao x Reader)

(Another chapter, another Mao Mao. Ive made my decision that Mao and (Y/n) should confess in the episode, "Popularity Conquest" for multiple reasons, and was suggested by Lapisbluegirl so yeah. So ya'll wait for that thing-)

Still Your PoV, Night time:

Y'know what they say about heroes never sleep due to fighting crime and other stuff in the night? Usually we would sleep at this time, but good 'ol Mao Mao has to wake us up to defeat a monster he called "The Impressasuar".

I had to wake up Adorabat and carry her in my arms all the way to the Aerocycle. Badgerclops had to slowly walk his way, due to being tired. And Mao was just very excited to defeat this monster. Just wow...

Once the Aerocycle flew its way to the fields, where the sweetypies were watching some fireworks in awe, the Impressasaur was in sight, causing the fireworks and attacked the sweetypies.

"So,what are we doing tonight?" Badgerclops asked while yawning. "BATTLING THE IMPRESSASAUR!" Mao Mao yelled, which caused Adorabat to be fully awake from his sudden yelling.

"Okay one, don't name them. You'll get attached. And two, I really need some beauty sleep at night bro, and you literally had to drag us here..." I said with tiredness in my voice, but yelped when I realize that the Impressasaur was chasing us from behind, while almost getting hit by the fireworks that it produces and its' chomping.

"Look! It's the Sheriff's Department, here to defeat the monster!" A hedgehog sweetypie said, pointing at us which made the other sweetypies to cheer, but flee when the monster landed on the ground, rowring at them.

"Okay they're watching! Take the wheel (Y/n), cause I'm going in!" Mao stated and instructed me to drive the Aerocycle, since I was behind him. I nodded and placed Adorabat behind me and kept the bike steady, as Mao Mao jumped off the bike, dodging its' attacks and landed perfectly on the Impressasaur's back.

As he was running through its' back, he yawned, sarcastically, and wielded out his sword. When the monster was about to chomp him, Mao Mao immediately jumped off into the sky. He then went back down and slashed his sword at the monster, slowing its' attacks to make it easier to defeat. "Hotdog, Im so impressive!" He commented to himself.

Mao landed infront of the cheering crowd. "I know, I know. I'm amazing!" He said, flexing his arms a bit as the sweetypies cheered. But the Impressasaur was not done yet, it landed behind Mao Mao.

He was about to turn around and slash it with his sword, but I jumped off the Aerocycle and pulled out my (Woc). "Yeah, yeah, You're impressive sheriff, but CHECK THIS OUT!" I yelled a battle cry and swung my (Woc) at the monster, making it fly into the sky and landed somewhere.

But I didn't realize that my hit affect the Aerocycle and Badgerclops was now driving. He lost his balance and screamed, expecting a crash landing. But as he landed the bike, he was perfectly fine and was already on his feet by me, Mao Mao and the sweetypies. No damage at all.

"A couple of updates. One, I parked the Aerocycle over..." Badgerclops looked around, trying to the bike, but it glided pass us and stopped near by. "There." He finished his sentence.

I noticed that Adorabat was not with him, so I became worried and so did Mao. "Two-" I inturrupted him by asking, "WHERE'S Adorabat?" "Fighting the Impressasaur." Badgerclops replied casually. "WHAT?!" Mao Mao yelled in shock as we ran off to the direction where she was.

"AND TWO! I wanna get a pretzel!" Badgerclops continued, his eye (Cuz he only has one eye.) Following us as he said that.

I saw Adorabat holding up a few green little soldier toys, then throwing them in the sky and having parachutes on their backs. This made the toys glide across the sky, distracting the monster from attacking.
