So one afternoon, Mao Mao asked me if he wanted me to come along with him in some patrolling. But while he was asking me, he was stuttering and I knew he's secretly asking me out, but fails badly at keeping it a secret.
I giggled at his attempt and accepted Mao Mao's offer. He did a small victory moment by fist bumping the air. "Eheheh... Sorry." He awkwardly said.
I stood up from the bed and wore my normal clothes as Mao Mao stood by the doorstep of the house with a soft smirk and his arms crossed against his chest. "What?..." I asked him, tilting my head to the side.
"Oh nothing. Just excited to go on a mini date with m'lady." Mao replied with a chuckled. I lightly pushed him, making him stumble a bit. "Stop it with the Noir attempts baby." I giggled at him.
Mao Mao had a deep blush covering his face. He shook it off when Badgerclops sat on the catch and got a glimpse at us. "So where are ya'll going?"
"Just out bro." I replied as Mao commented, "Got a problem with that?" Badgerclops shook his head while munching on his snack. Adorabat came to us two with a bright smile. "Can I come?"
"Of course you can!" I said, picking her up and skipped out of the house. Mao Mao stared at me with a lovingly look at the thought of me and Adorabat being like a mom and a daughter. I guess he's thinking about if we had kids of our own.
"Well... What are you waiting for? Come on!" I cheered towards Mao, who blinked and came back to reality. "O-Oh! Yeah. Way ahead of ya!"
Mini Timeskip
We had our lunch and Mao paid for almost everything. Adorabat was basically the third-wheel bro in this date. But we dont care.

Adorabat wont stop teasing on how me and Mao Mao would eventually get married and have kids of our own. Or stuff like that. Mao kept on blushing as I just giggled at her imagination. No offense, but I actually wish that someday Mao Mao and I get married and have kids.
The only way to make Adorabat stop was for Mao to explain the laws and rules of Pure Heart. Y'know how kids shut up when they're listening to whatever adults say. Adorabat's Boredom Mode Activated.
