After all these years

Chapter Thirteen

( Ezra's pov)

As the light beamed through my window. I woke up to see my beautiful fiancé standing in front of a mirror with her shirt up.

"Aria?" I ask smiling.

She looked over to me, a smile practically taking up her whole face, as she pulled down her shirt and protectively held her stomach that had a slightly small bump, and walked over to me.

"Good morning." She said as she leaned down to kiss me.

"So where's our sleeping princess?" I asked.

"Uh right next to you." Aria laughed.

I turned around to see Maddie fast asleep on the other side of the bed.

"My beautiful, beautiful fiancé?" I ask.

"Yes?"Aria blushes.

"So you practically live here, do you want to get all of your stuff from Spencer's and move in for real?" I ask grabbing Aria's hands in mine.

Aria smiled and hugged me, whispering a "Yes."

She jetted up and ran to the bathroom, ruining the moment we were sharing.

I follow after her.

"Baby?" I ask.

" I'm just so sick of morning sickness." Aria said as she wiped her mouth.

I just laughed.

"So what are our plans today?" I asked.

"Sleep." Aria said jumping into bed.

"Mommy?" A faint little voice calls.

"I think you woke our 'princess' up" I said laughing.

Aria turned around, grabbed Maddie and stood up.

"Guess your plans for sleeping today are cancelled." I say kissing her forehead.

"Ha ha very funny." Aria said as I walked out the door to go to work.
(Aria's POV)

I jolted up from a sharp pain in my side.

"Mommy?" I hear my daughters voice call me.

Every thing's blurry. I scream in pain.

"Mommy!" Maddie yells.

I try my hardest to call Ezra. I dialed his number.

"Hello?" Ezra ask.

I dropped the phone. Screamed again in pain.

Maddie picked up the phone noticing her fathers voice.

"Daddy?" Maddie asked.

"Mommy's hurt." She started to cry.

"I'm coming home honey. Don't hang up stay on the phone with me." Ezra said rushing out his office.

There. Everything just goes dark.

"Aria no, no don't close your eyes. Stay with me here." I hear Ezra say.

I look around. I'm bleeding. I start to cry.

"Ezra?" I asked crying.

"I think I'm having a miscarriage." Was the last thing I remember saying.
(Ezra's POV)

As I pick Aria up to take her to the hospital, her body goes limp.

"No, no. This can't be happening!" I yell.

I rush out my apartment door with Aria in my arms.

Maddie followed behind me. She got into the car as I started to drive to the nearest hospital.
