Ch 15

"She's ready to go home..." The doctor led on.

"But?" Ella Montgomery asked.

"...but, well shes in kind of in a bad state of mind. She doesn't believe that her baby's death wasn't her fault, she may be in a depressed state." The doctor said looking at Aria.

"What should we do?" Ella asked the doctor.

"I would suggest having her go to a therapist." The doctor said.

"If it's what's best for her. Do you recommend any?" Ella asked.

"Yes doctor Christine Lynn specials in this." She said.

"Thank you so much doctor. Can take her home now?" Ella asked.

"Mmm hmm" she said while filling out a paper.

Ella wheeled Aria out in a wheelchair.

"What happened between you and Ez- Mr Fitz?" Ella asked Aria trying to make conversation.

When Aria didn't answer Ella turned around.

"Aria?" Ella asked.

Aria sat in the wheel chair crying.

Ella walked over to give her daughter a hug.

"I know everything is hard on you right now. You don't have to talk...but when your ready I'm here for you... Aria i love you." Ella said.

Aria walked over to the car as Ella started it.

The ride home was silent.

Aria's phone ranged, she didn't look at who it was. it was probably Ezra...again.

Once they reached the house Aria walked straight up stairs not talking to anyone.

"Maddie's with Ezra." Spencer said.

Aria jumped shocked to see her there.

"Do you want me to stay with you?" She asked.

"Yes...please?" Aria asked.

"Of course."

It was getting late so they both went to bed.

"Spence?" Aria whispered.

"Yeah?" she answered.

"I'm not ready to see Maddie. I don't want her to see me like this. Can you call Ezra and ask if she could stay there?" Aria asked.

"First thing tomorrow morning. Night Aria."

Aria nodded and fell asleep.
(couple weeks later)
Aria? Ezra texted her.

Aria saw it was him. He reminded her son. They were actually having a boy. When Aria was asked if she wanted to see her dead child she said no. She changed her mind an hour later and didn't regret it. He had her brown curly hair and Ezra's lips.

Aria couldn't stop thinking bout how that innocent little boy got taken away before he could live. It dreaded on her, she knew she did something wrong she had to have. She couldn't stand thinking she killed her son.

As Aria walked out of her room she got a text but didn't look at it.
I'm on my way -E

Aria walked into her bathroom, forgot to lock the door behind her. She took a deep breath as she took out a blade.

She took another breath as she slashed her wrist once hissing at the pain. Ezra pulled up into her drive way. Her parents let him in. He ran to her bedroom but she wasn't in there.

As Ezra barged into the bathroom Aria made another slash. Slightly deeper...

"Aria?" Ezra asked slowly walking towards her.

Aria went to do a third one but Ezra stopped her hand.

"Aria. Don't." Ezra said.

"Why not?" Aria asked.

"Why?" Ezra asked taking the blade out of her hand.

"I don't really know...you're a mother Aria. I love you. Your parents love you. Maddie loves you. Please?" Ezra asked.

"You don't know me." Aria said.

"What don't i know? I'm pretty sure that this 'new Aria' is the same." Ezra said.

Aria didn't say anything. She just looked at the blood in her hand. She couldn't believe she did this. She couldn't believe it came this far.

"I-i-i'm s-s-sorry." Aria stuttered.

"For what?" Ezra asked.

"Everything." Aria breathed.

"I love you." Ezra said.

"I love you too, but-" Aria started.

"-No buts." Ezra said.

"I just feel like everything went really fast." Aria said.

"What do you mean." Ezra said.

"I mean...well as soon as i saw you we had sex. Then we got engaged...then i got pregnant... i just think we moved way too fast." Aria said.

"Can we take things slower?" Aria asked.

"Of course." Ezra said as Aria smiled.

"Can we please keep this between us?" Aria asked referring to her wrists.

"Only if you promise me that you'll never do it again." Ezra said seriously.

"I promise." Aria said.

"Let's clean you up." Ezra said as he gently grabbed Aria's wrist.

"Ow." Aria winced as he ran water on the cuts.

Ezra had clean everything up and took Aria to bed.

"Thank you." Aria said quietly.

"For what?" Ezra asked.

"Everything." She said.

"Will you please lay with me?" Aria asked.

"Are you sure?" Ezra asked.

Aria nodded as Ezra made his way back over to her bed.

"No matter what happens, you know I'll always love you?" Ezra asked.

"I know." Aria smiled.

"What are we going to do with Maddie?" Ezra asked.

"What do you mean?" Aria asked.

"Like am i going to be able to see her?" Ezra asked.

"Of course." Aria said.

"Why are you asking?" Aria asked.

"Because I know you'll have her stay here with you." Ezra said.

"Ezra." Aria laughed.

"I will just be living here. You will see Maddie a lot." Aria said.

"What about us?" Ezra asked scared that was too forward.

Aria didn't say anything, she didn't know what to say.

"I don't know. Do you even want to get back together?" Aria asked.

"More than anything." Ezra smiled.
